Pros: Great location, good value for money, clean and comfortable room. Liked the quirky sloppy floors!

Cons: The extra cost of breakfast was a bit expensive, so we didn't go for that option.

The perfect rooms

Pros: The staff was so helpful. Tne room is perfect. The sea view was exceptional. Have stayed before and will definitely stay again. Mt favourite place to stay in Aberystwyth.

Pros: Cannot fault this place. The host is just lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful providing great communication. The accommodation is in a brilliant location, views are stunning. The room is clean and extremely comfortable. We have stayed here before and are very much looking forward to staying in the future

Enjoyable

Pros: Great location. Room view was great. Room Size was good, although bathroom was small. Communication was very good too.

Cons: Room could do with a little tlc. Nothing major, but just a few little touches would have been noticeable.

Great stay!

Pros: Location was the key! Sea view! The room was great size, super king-size bed, very comfortable. Full equipped kitchen and utility room. Living room with sea view. Perfect!

Cons: Everything was really nice only the bedside tables need to be levelled as the glass or cup slides down but not big problem.
