Pros: The location was great and the size of the room was good.

Cons: The room was very cold. Even with the heater on the room didn’t warm up,

First time in Llangollen. Couldn't have asked for more. Wonderful host.

Pros: Excellent location. Great views. Clean and comfortable. Everything provided just as described. Easy communication with host which was very helpful. Parking close proximity. Would definitely recommend and would book again. Thank you for great hospitality..

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Pros: The room was nice and spacious and I liked the fact that they had cotton pads and cotton buds in the bathroom as well as shampoo and conditioner (a luxury this day and age). The location was great, right in the middle of Llangollen and all the instructions for accessing, checking in, parking and checking out were clearly described and given to us in time. It was lovely for them to provide a car parking permit as well.

Cons: The entire building and the room smelled very damp although there was no visible mold and both the bathroom and sink were very clean. The bathtub had a couple of marks (potentially scratches) but I don't generally have baths so that wasn't a problem. It would be nice to have somewhere to hang our towels in the bathroom as the towel rack was too small for the big towels to hang.

Well located, clean & comfortable.

Pros: Great central location. Clean, warm, comfortable & had all we needed for our 2 night stay.

Pros: Our second stay here (in the same room in fact). A lovely little hotel, close to the town. Nice sized room, very comfortable and even included a parking permit!

Cons: We didn't seem to get a change of towels during our stay (although the room was visited by the staff for a tidy). It could just be me not leaving them out though.

Great location

Pros: Nicely decorated room, all that I needed for a couple of nights, clean, great location in the town. Stayed before, and will definitely stay again.

Pros: No fuss checking in and out, parking permit provided, excellent location. Very clean and comfortable room. Really enjoyed my stay.

Cons: Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Pros: The location was very well placed for the centre of Llangollen. The room at the back of the house was very quiet A carpark pass provided free parking

Cons: The bath in the room.

Whilst we felt the accommodation needed some tlc, we would quite happily book again.

Pros: We liked the size and layout of the accommodation in that there was a separate seating area and that it was really clean and tidy. We also liked where it was situated as it was only a minute or so from the town centre which had plenty of choice for eating and drinking out.

Cons: We felt the rooms needed a little tlc, for example in the one bedroom the wallpaper was coming away from the wall, but wondered if this was because our stay was more or less at the end of the season. We did feel that overall there were a lot more pros than cons and we all agreed we would happily book to stay there again when in the area.

Enjoyed stay.Decor was nice. Location was great.

Pros: Room was easy to access and parking permit was great.Nice central location.We did have an issue with the kettle not working but this was sorted the following day.

Cons: Strange not to meet anyone from the property, it would have been nice to have a working kettle from the start and enough supplies for the full length of stay.We were lucky to get the last parking space as none reserved.The room was nice but didn’t realise so little natural light.
