A great place for a pleasant overnight stay.

Pros: Location was excellent for the fair we had attended. The cottage has a great outlook as it faces( and our room) Whittington castle. The cottage shares the car park with the pub next door which also provides breakfast from 8.00. There is another pub which also does meals a very short walk up the road.

Cons: My wife wasn't keen on the stairs.

A perfect stay.

Pros: Our host Debbie went out of her way to make our stay great and couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Debbie made my daughter feel very welcome when she arrived ahead of me. We were in the perfect location.

Lovely Hosts, Debbie & Janette. Spotless x Homely x

Pros: Location is situated on a main road, but it’s not a busy road, in a village. Opposite a castle and moat, with ducks and beautiful scenery. The old Boote pub, is across the car park on the same side, and serves delicious food, and great staff serving.

Excellent location and immaculate property.

Pros: We liked the ambience, with its quaint cottage vibes and proximity to locations of historical importance. Aqueducts, castles, ironworks to name a few.

Cons: The only thing of note to us is that we personally found the mattress too soft for our preference. But this to others would not be noticed.

If on the area again, would stay at Fitzwarine House Again.

Pros: Fitzwarinw House did not do breakfasts but the proprietor recommended Ye Old Boote inn which was next door for a breakfast which on my opinion was good value for money.
