Great weekend staying a lovely cottage in a lovely town. Perfect

Pros: Excellent location right in the centre of the town and a beautiful property with an exceptional back garden overlooking the river. Everything you need for a great stay is provided.

Cons: Struggling to think of anything negative to write about the property itself. We all had a great weekend with no complaints at all. Did try to get hold of the agent but no answer on phone and no one came back after I left a voice message. Also no response to a text.

Family vacation

Pros: House had everything you needed, was clean, comfortable and spacious and was in a perfect location. Bedroom and bathroom on ground floor was ideal for elderly parents.

Cons: Instruction manual and email advised of how to dispose of recycling however there were no clear bags to use and no food waste bin. Garden area - decking at bottom of garden wood was rotting in places and needs replacing. Would recommend placing a sign by the ground floor bathroom to advise of low ceiling.

Lovely house & garden in great location in heart of Aberaeron. Everything you need on the doorstep.

Pros: Great location, quiet side street with parking, 100 meters from the town high street and 5 mins walk to the beach and harbour. Everything you need on the doorstep. Lovely house, spacious and comfortable with a wonderful riverside garden. Clean and very well presented.

Cons: Nothing.

Would recommend the property, which is in a great location . Nice outdoor seating area too.

Pros: Lovely location. Quiet , clean and a good layout to the house which is very comfortable . It’s in the middle of Aberaeron and the garden backs onto the river. This is a lovely town with several good restaurants and interesting shops.

Cons: We had Trouble with locking the upstairs bathroom door.
