Cosy Cottage

A perfect weekend getaway!

Pros: Cosy Cottage is a great little house decorated to a very high standard in a very convenient location in Aberaeron.

Lovely family get away!

Pros: Easy waking distance to everything. Hosts were very good at communicating. Beds were very comfy.

Cons: A washing machine would be a great addition.

Well worth the money

Pros: Lovely clean little cottage, great location, would definitely stay again

Cons: There was nothing really to dislike apart from the bad weather

A lovely short stay

Pros: A lovely cottage within easy walking distance of the shops, harbour and sea front. Cottage had everything that we needed and was really warm and cosy

Cosy and convenient!

Pros: Fab location, right in the middle of town yet somehow still tucked away. Jen was super communicative and helpful, the house itself was gorgeous, really clean and cosy and Jen very kindly left us some bits for breakfast, wood for the fire and all sorts which ensured we were sorted! Can’t recommend enough if you’re wanting to explore the lovely little town of Aberaeron.

Jen responded quickly to our concerns. Pleasant stay overall, would stay again.

Pros: Location, comfort of beds and furnishings, large bathroom, very attractive.

Cons: Very cold in Aberaeron that weekend (-5) so heating could have been set to start earlier in the day to warm up as cottage was very chilly. Manuals missing of new hob and microwave so couldn’t cook. no bread knife to cut the delicious loaf from the nearby deli. All these things are rectifiable so I’m sure will be quickly sorted.

Superb venue to return to at the end of a busy day

Pros: Beautifully decorated. Clean. Ideally located. Welcome box was a lovely gesture. Contact from host prior to our visit. Comfy beds and great toiletries.

Cons: Not that I didn’t like but one of the keys didn’t work to open the front door.

Fantastic location and a very comfortable, peaceful cottage

Pros: We loved our stay at Cosy Cottage. Our hosts were amazing and so helpful, we knew if we had any problems we could reach them very easily. The cottage is really well appointed and very peaceful which was amazing considering how central the location is. Aberaeron is an absolutely beautiful location with so many choices on places to eat and things to do and everyone was so welcoming. We'll be back - thank you!

A great base from which to explore Aberaeron and the surrounding area.

Pros: Recently refurbished and in lovely condition. Conveniently located for the town centre, harbour and beach.

Cons: Nothing at all.
