Pros: Very spacious although cosy for our party of 10 (7a 3ch) Fantastic location Hot tub a great addition

Pros: Location, clean and tidy. Plenty of seats and beds. Very comfy beds. Helpful and accommodating staff

Great option for families with fantastic facilities

Pros: Well located, great facilities on site, lovely views and very quiet.

Cons: WiFi connection poor, made worse by poor mobile reception.. not the end of the world, perhaps a blessing on holidays, but frustrating at times to plan trips etc..

Great stay only bad point Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Pros: Great place in a really good area near to the university as we stayed while attending a graduation.

Cons: The Wi-Fi didn’t work.

In summary, everything was fine, and we would like to return soon.

Pros: The location is excellent – a 5-minute drive to the beach, as well as restaurants, cafes and shopping. I did like the heated pool; it was clean and warm. The Jacuzzi was clean and in excellent condition.

Cons: The sofa was a bit dirty in some places, but overall, it was fine. In one bathroom, the roll handle came out from the wall, and the towel holder was weak.

Had a lovely weekend with family, 6 adults 1 child and all of said we’d happily stay there again

Pros: Very spacious, beds were comfy. Location is good for Borth beach or shopping in Aberystwyth

Cons: The only fault was ours because we forgot to bring salt and pepper 🤦🏼‍♀️

More than happy

Pros: This property is exceptional, well stocked crockery cookware, clean, beautiful location with outstanding views. Slept 7 of us very comfortably, heated to perfection when we got there as the temperature had dropped.

Pros: What a wonderful stay we had. The accommodation was lovely and warm when we arrived, the bedrooms were spacious and well maintained as we're the bathrooms. A nice open plan living area. Staff arrived and introduced themselves, offering local amenities and a taxi service to get into the town. Parking was nice and secure

Cons: Nothing really, the folder with details about the locality was a tad out of date, but didn't cause us an issue

Pros: The setting, the location , the facilities...I could go on and on and on. This was our first trip as a family in Wales and it ticked all the boxes of how great and warm it was. From the hot tub to the swimming pool and only a 8 minute drive to the beach was so convenient. Morrisons was not too far so we could stock up on food and town a stone thrown away, the location couldn't have been better. The staff were amazing and engaging with any issues. I'll definitely recommend this place and it sets the bar in Aberystwyth.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Loved the location . Nice quiet and great view. Hot tub was brilliant. Everyone enjoyed the stay.
