Pros: The space in the living room was excellent it was value for money, The views were amazing. The house was nicely decorated for Christmas.

Cons: The down stairs bedroom was too hot , the kitchen was a little small for 11.

Pros: The house was amazing, the views were so good. The facilities in the cottage and on site were brilliant x

Pros: Clean and comfortable house, ideal for a get together with plenty of room to socialise. The private hot tub was nice with lovely views of the surrounding area. It was in close proximity to town.

Great location and spacious house for a group of friends/family

Pros: Extremely spacious, bigger than the photos suggest. Perfect for groups without being on top of each other, lots of seating options in different areas of the house and enough chairs for everyone and comfy beds Some of us used the hot tub and loved it. Felt quite private, but next door was empty so not sure if that was booked too. Lovely views from the front of the property and could see sheep in the field from the back which was cute. Close proximity to town and amenities. Easy to find for taxi drivers.

Cons: Not sure if any were provided but we couldn’t find any instructions on what to do with the bins at the end of our stay. Two fans in the cupboard didn’t work and it was humid weather so could’ve done with them working but not a big issue.

Excellent and highly recommended

Pros: Excellent location, 6min from the town centre. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. The property was large enough to comfortably accommodate 3 families and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The hot tub was great and plenty of seating and tables both inside and out. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed.

Cons: There were a couple of hitches on the first day which are not worth noting as one phone call was all it took to sort everything out. The service was excellent and all our needs were provided for. Thank you Ffion.

Group of two families with one grandma all very happy, cooked for all

Pros: The location was perfect and it was so spacious for two families and a grandma Warm cosy and feels like home in wales would definately stay again

Cons: There isn’t anything not to like

A great stay and fantastic value for money for big families/groups

Pros: The location is perfect and there's plenty of space that makes it a great accommodation for large groups whether that be families or friends.

Cons: While we had a great time and there were very few issues, there are a few things that are worth feeding back on to perfect the property. There should be a hot water warning on the kitchen sink. The hob fan and television didn't work but this is an easy fix.

Lovely house close to Aberystwyth

Pros: Had everything we needed, was clean and warm with plenty of space for everyone to sit and socialise in the evening.

Pros: The property was great for a family get together. The Location is perfect. Quiet but just a short drive away you can either be In Aberystwyth and or at many of the not too far away beaches. The size of property and the layout works well and the beds were comfortable. The House is well equipped and when fully open the site has plenty of facilities. The hot tub was lovely and well maintained.

Cons: Some of the site, property and contents definitely need to be looked at, updating/ renewing or repairing. The house needs a welcome pack with all the house and site information. How to and where to find. The pool was closed for the season, although it was a school holiday and the weather was very mild.
