Fantastic time at a lovely place

Pros: Beautiful setting, close to Barmouth shops/pubs/restaurants, lovely arrival hamper with a freshly baked cake, everything was just perfect, would recommend to anybody

Cons: Absolutely nothing

A peaceful and comfortable escape into nature.

Pros: The log fired hot tub was a great experience for us in a windy and rainy Jan! A thoughtful hamper and freshly baked cake was an appreciated touch as well. The house was immaculate and the shower packed a fair bit of power. Good TV to watch a movie as well. We went for a walk locally up to the lakes and the Argoth stone circle. Would recommend!

Pros: Beautiful homely setting . Everything you might need and much more was available. Decor was beautiful, beds a dream best nights sleep ever . Gift basket on arrival a lovely personal touch and the home made Victoria sponge was to die for . The views were amazing and we even had a little snow which added to the ambiance. Visit the waterfalls if you can you won’t be disappointed and the walk to Barmouth very enjoyable . So much to explore. The house was cosy warm at all times and the log burner was a firm favourite of ours and Boris are dog very much liked it ! Hot tub included what more can you ask for . Felt so at home we were very sad to leave .

Fantastic stay - will definitely be going back!

Pros: Everything! Communication with host was brilliant, location was perfect and the house was cosy and full of character. There was also a welcome basket and the place was decorated with Christmas decorations which made it feel like home from home.

A perfect peaceful break with lovely facilities.

Pros: The location was so tranquil, great views, provided everything we needed and a lovely welcome package too.

Cons: It would’ve been nice to have a shower upstairs but it wasn’t a problem all.

Amazing location for Christmas!

Pros: The cottage was absolutely fantastic, the perfect place for a lovely family Christmas. It was really cozy and clean and was really well appointed with everything you could need. The welcome basket, homemade cakes and wine were a really lovely surprise. David was an excellent host, really helpful and friendly. The area was beautiful with lots of lovely walks and the views (when the mist allowed) were stunning. The hot tub was an added bonus too! We would definitely love to come back.

By far the best accommodation and experience you can expect.

Pros: This stylish and modern property has everything you expect and more. The attention to detail of the decor and furnishings was of the highest quality. We arrived to a traditional fruit cake, a bottle of milk, wine and tea and coffee Our 3 nights break in the depths of winter was one of the most memorable of my lifetime. Having to work over Christmas was quickly forgotten by this gem with the privacy and tranquility needed to relax and enjoy countryside walks.

Cons: Having to leave. We loved it. Despite the early check out time of 10am, we left feeling very content with our stay.

Pros: The house is beautiful and situated amongst the Welsh hill with views overlooking the estuary and the mountains beyond. The house itself is modern with all mod cons including basic sky package ( which we've never seen before), a log burner which isn't really needed as theres central heating, comfy beds, 3 bathrooms (?), and the hottub is brilliant. Although that did take me a while to get it upto the temperature as it's a wood burning one But overall it's stunning.
