Perfect for what we needed.

Pros: The location of the house was perfect it was situated in the middle of bala, the house was big enough for all 13 of us, it had easy instructions to get to. The people in bala were so friendly, we run a day centre for adults with additional needs and sometimes can be a bit difficult finding things to do that they can all join in with, the lady in the post office was very helpfull and we spent the afternoon in the pottery decorating all different things they loved it. They all said that they loved the holiday and want to go back next year!

Cons: The only downfalls were there weren't many instructions for the house, i.e., were the cousins were for the outdoor chairs, On arrival the outdoor bins were overflowing and they didn't get emptied until half way throughout our stay. Also leading up to our stay at fron dderw I received so many emails many of which were duplicates there were so many it got very very confusing.
