Pros: Very comfortable, clean lots of space, everything you could need at hand, good-sized bedrooms, bathroom, shower good, kitchen and lounge plenty of room. Double garage under and private parking on site. Great for our dog with a little park area and beach just across the road.

Barmouth break

Pros: The location is excellent with lovely sunset views over the estuary. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable.

Cons: There is no vacuum cleaner or mop available to clean up, which was disappointing as we have dogs.. Also, there is no information pack to advise on heating control and other instructions.

Pros: Super view of the bay from the upstairs lounge window that opened onto the balcony. Parking a real bonus in this busy resort. Clean, comfortable and spacious.

Cons: Downstairs bedroom noticeably chilly compared to upstairs. More than 6 of each type of cutlery would be useful as we frequently had to wash cutlery to have enough to use.
