Great place to stay

Pros: Comfortable Clean Great views Close to beach Towels and linen provided Good WiFi Good communication with owner

Cons: Need stamina to walk up the hill to the caravan. Park resort passes not included but close enough to the beach to not need the pool

Pros: It was clean and warm when we arrived. Lovely view. Well equipped. Really enjoyed our stay and intend to return next valentine ♥️

Cons: Would be nice to have some lights on the steps to the picnic table. Probably good solar would be sufficient and for those of us with ageing eyes, the WiFi password displayed in big print in the welcome pack

We were travelling to attend a funeral.

Pros: Very dark in the key collection area. Would benefit from solar lighting also to the steps of the caravan. Issue with gas supply but this was solved quickly by the owner. Thank you.

Cons: Checked situation with the gas before our arrival. It was very cold in the caravan. Perhaps check on the shower as it runs hot and cold and there was a lack of water pressure when we were there. Overall it’s a lovely home and situation.

Pros: Amazing caravan, spotless throughout. Great location and sea views. Even arrived to find someone had put the heating on ready for arrival.

Cons: Only disadvantage was the complex swimming pool, shop etc were not open. I'm guessing only because of being out of season in February. Wasn't a big bother as we wernt there for that.

Fantastic base.

Pros: Clean and comfortable, sea views from the caravan, great location (if you're ok with hills) 20-30 minutes walk into town. Perfect base for walking, beach and good pubs.

Cons: Blind in the kitchen and net in the lounge kept falling down and walking up those hills after a few pints in the Victoria.

An excellent holiday home

Pros: Location was very near to the Borth beach and things like groceries and restaurants are also very nearby. Snowdon national park was one and a half hours away by car so not bad for a day out.

Cons: - What's there in the property and what's not was not clearly mentioned in the booking information. - There was only 1 double bed and the rest all were single beds and a single duvet. - There was only 1 bathroom and 2 toilets Things like this are good to know beforehand.

Pros: Great views. lovley quiet location . Very clean, modern and comfortable

Cons: The only thing I would mention is that there was no mattress protectors on the beds

Stunning views, comfy caravan

Pros: We loved our stay. The caravan is really well furnished, modern and clean. The view is absolutely beautiful. We were blessed with amazing weather for our stay so enjoyed the sunsets every night from the outside seated area. The on-site facilities were nice to have, but we mainly used the caravan as a base to explore the local area. Aberystwyth was nice, furnace falls was a real highlight.

Pros: Was a fantastic place friendly locals and views were amazing

Cons: The really big hills didn't realise how far we were from the beach up 2 steep hills

Pros: It was really a great time to spend here. This house has everything that you want . So comfortable . Highly recommended . Excellent sea + Mountain View to enjoy .
