We loved it and had a great stay.

Pros: Wonderful house, plenty of space and comfort. We stayed with friends and family and everyone loved it. As our stay was over new years the hosts had decorated for us and left us Christmas treats, a really nice touch and appreciated.

Cons: The house is exposed on the coast, as such it can be a bit drafty and cold during the winter months, the conservatory was not usable as it has no heating. The downstairs bedroom has no glass in window frames above the doors, resulting in poor sound proofing, the occupants of this room get woken by others in the house.

Pros: What a fantastic home for our family holiday.. Age range 5-68 and every single member of the family said the same.....THE BEST HOLIDAY HOME EVER. Everything you could ever need was available for our need.. We will definitely return. Best value for money you could ever ask for.

Pros: The best view in Wales. Beautiful. Cliff Haven is really well-equipped and great for a family group as there’s a games room as well as three other reception rooms and the whole family can fit in any of them.

A fantastic holiday home.

Pros: The house was gorgeous! More than large enough for a family of 11, a lovely dining room, comfortable living room and a games room with a bunch of different functions for all ages including kids toys, darts and pool. There was also air hockey but this unfortunately did not work. The kitchen was fully fitted with everything we needed and we cooked meals at the house each day. The garden was also sizeable, complete with a BBQ with all the tools needed for use provided. The star attraction was the phenomenal view from the conservatory, which sat right on the sea front. I could sit there all day and take in the view. The front bedrooms also had this beautiful view. Catherine was also kind enough to decorate much of the property for my Mother's 60th birthday to make the holiday feel that bit more special. Altogether a wonderful house which made our holiday special.

Cons: The only issue was that whilst the property was generally accessible for my mother, who is wheelchair bound, the downstairs shower unfortunately had a step so my mother was unable to use it.

Fantastic family break.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful place. The house is clean and spacious, with everything you need for a fantastic stay. Catherine was always at hand if you needed anything. The location is exceptional. Absolutely stunning views across the bay.

Pros: The House is amazing. Plenty of space for a large family gathering. 5 minutes to the beach and grocers. Well equipped and the little extras from the host were lovely. There is something for all ages. Toys/books for kids, 3in 1 table for pool, air hockey and table tennis. Also equipped for elderly people with needs. Very accessible The Views!!!!!!!! Wow. We will definitely return

Pros: Cliff Haven is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature. Everything was clean, cozy, and peaceful. The sea is just a short walk away – it feels like it’s right at your fingertips! The Catherine were very friendly and welcoming. She really lovely person😍fWe especially loved that there were lots of fun games and activities for both kids and adults. Perfect for a family getaway – we’d love to come back!

Ideal for a group of 6 adults and 5 children.

Pros: Perfect for a large group which included 5 children being opposite the beach was a bonus.

Cons: Although it was supposed to be a dog-friendly place, It was not realistic to expect dogs to be confined to the games room.

Pros: The house was beautiful and extremely welcoming, everything you needed and more besides. Beautiful views from the front bedrooms and the conservatory. Lovely bedrooms with amazing beds, so comfy. We loved our stay, and would like to thank Catherine for the decorations and suprises she added to the rooms for my friends 60th. Thank you Catherine. Xxxx

Pros: The house was exceptional. Especially for my infirm mum who didnt have to worry about any steps or slopes. Spotlessly clean, with Catherine going over and above with everything

Cons: Borth was not the best town, not much there and the beach isnt great, but could not fault the house
