Cosy Arts & Crafts Cottage with stunning views

A lovely cosy cottage with incredible views. Very quaint, with lots of charachter. The perfect place to stay if you want

Sweet and cosy little cottage in Battle

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage, it feels very sweet and cosy, as described in the listing. The spaces aren't huge but they are definitely enough for four people (we were two adults and two kids) and you can enjoy some walks nearby and take in the views from the valley. It also has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, all is clean and in working order. The cottage is not in Brecon itself, it is in Battle which is a small village around 10 minutes drive from Brecon. Parking is spacious and open within the property premises and the check in process is straightforward. We also had great communication with the host who was super helpful and responsive. I can recommend this place.

Pros: Beautiful views, lovely outdoor space, very quiet and very peaceful. I loved the calm greys of the interior decor. The cottage is cosy and exceptionally clean. We had a lovely welcoming basket of food and wine and excellent communication with the host Helen. The water was very hot and soft, making the bath a real delight after a day of hard walking. (We so loved walking the horseshoe path through the Beacons with excellent weather too .) We will try and return next year. Many thanks.

Cons: The kitchen could be a little better lit and it needs a cheese grater and a huge salad bowl. Apart from this, everything was clean, cosy and easy to find.

When a stay matches expectations and beyond.

Pros: The place is exactly as it is named: Cosy. From the design to the functionality, from the sheets and the towels to the scents. And the views from the windows are really beautiful.

Cons: Nothing. Whenever we had issues, the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Cosy and welcoming cottage in a perfect position.

Pros: Cosy, welcoming cottage with everything you need, in a perfect position for walking Pen-y-Fan and visiting the surrounding area. The Welsh welcome pack was a nice touch by the host, Helen, which was enjoyed immensely. Would recommend this lovely cottage.

Perfect location for visiting the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty of the Brecon Beacons and the surrounding area. A well equipped cottage with everything you need. Excellent communication with host, Helen. Thank you Helen for the lovely welcome basket which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
