Relaxed and beautiful.

Pros: It was perfect in every respect. Great location. Quiet and beautiful spot, but easy to get to all the tourist places. The cottage was very clean, well equipped and well set out.

Great weekend getaway!

Pros: Great location for a visit to Hay on Wye. Stunning views from the windows overlooking the valley.

Cons: The fridge was rather small for a family of four. Beds in the second bedroom were rather unstable for adults. The bathroom door in the second bedroom had swollen and didn’t shut easily.

Beautiful spot with lovely host

Pros: Beautiful views and very quiet. We went outside the cottage in the middle of the night and saw all the stars on the sky. Beautiful!

Cons: We didn't love the chairs in the sitting room (not very comfy) but they were ok for a few days. If you like a big towel that goes all the way around you then I would take your own with you.

Pros: Very difficult to fault. Lovely hosts, clean well equipped, spacious. great views. parking easy. Good location for all local amenities.

Cons: Nothing really. If you wanted to be exceptionally picky there is some road noise from nearby main road. But really not a major issue.

Pros: Sunny cottage is a perfect base for a stay in the Brecon area. Excellent facilities , spotlessly clean , fantastic views and with the bonus of private parking. Will definitely return.
