An excellent property for our visit and we expect to use again in the future.

Pros: Accommodation was clean and spacious, kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. Parking was right next to the property. The owner provided some surprises in the fridge (milk, OJ & Prosecco). The location could not have been more perfect for our visit. The owner met as we arrived, had a brief chat, informed us they lived right next door and were available anytime.

Cons: There was nothing at all that we could point out to and complain about.

Pros: Very modern and welcoming , bottle of Prosecco in the fridge was a lovely touch also the coffee tea sugar and milk was a god send after a long journey

Spotless, excellent facilities, close to Hay on Wye

Pros: Friendly and helpful hosts. The property is spotlessly clean with excellent facilities - both bedrooms have en suite which is very useful when travelling with friends. Very comfortable beds and everything you need for a self-catering stay, only 9 mins’ easy drive to Hay-on-Wye.

enjoyed the stay -- comfortable and trouble-free

Pros: comfortable and clean. had pretty much everything a casual traveller might need -- including the sorts of things that one might forget to take for a short stay like oil, salt, coffee -- even some biscuits. thanks!

Cons: heating upstairs was a mystery, but it wasn't really cold enough to even bother enquiring about this, just meant the towels didn't have much chance to dry out. property access is off an A road, which could be offputting if you are not arriving by car.
