Pros: This was a great place to stay with the wider family. It was clean and comfortable and in a good location. There is plenty of space to accommodate large groups or for separating out at times. The kids loved the games room and the play area. We will definitely go back again.
Cons: There is only one shower, although 2 baths, but the shower was affected by use of water elsewhere in the property, which meant the temperature changed from hot to cold throughout. It wasn't a major issue, as the benefits outweighed this. It would have been useful to have a bit of information in the property about things within walking distance, where to fish, etc.

Highly recommend this property, excellent for family get togethers. Would definitely book again
Pros: We loved the location. The views and countryside are phenomenal. Just a short walk down the hill through the woods and you have a national trust park on your doorstep. Highly recommend the walk down to see the river, sample the ice creams and the walks around the woods. Recommended adding the hot tub to your booking. It was well used. Fantastic facilities with washing machine and tumble drier (all included). Highly recommend a trip to the Moody Cow, where they have a farm shop, cafe, Childrens area and bar. I would also recommend a trip to New Quay beach where (if your lucky like us) you’ll see the dolphins. Excellent huge car park at the property, it even fitted my parents very large motorhome. Even though there’s other properties on site, you still have your own privacy. Excellent little fishing lake which my 4 year old love. Short walk from the property. Definitely a place you need to explore.
Cons: The drive to the property. Please beware if you have a low profile vehicle like I do, you may have problems driving up and down the track to the house. The property only has 1 shower, we managed but we had to compromise as we had a large party of us. It’s manageable though. The pool table could do with some tlc. If the balls get stuck in the table, you need to lift every side one at a time, until the balls come out (if your lucky) table is very heavy. Stuff the pockets with socks and take the balls out when you’ve potted one is the best way.
