Vineyard Country Cottage

Lovely relaxing stay but lots to explore in local area and dog friendly places to eat and drink

Pros: Beautiful location and property,thoughtful extra touches upon arrival for us and our pooch.

It is a stunning property in an amazing location, just exactly what I needed, l can’t recommend it highly enough.

Our stay at the Vineyard Country Cottage was fantastic, we would hope to return in the future.

Pros: The setting is special, looking out on a vineyard, with surrounding hills and mature woodland. The cottage has everything we needed for a comfy stay. The bed and pillows were ideal for us and the window shutters kept out first light, allowing some extra sleep. It was nice to have Sky Sport as one of the TV options. The owner was lovely, making is feel really welcome and provided lots of information and advice. We have some great memories of this stay.

Pros: It was beautiful. The cottage is decorated with such taste and thought. Pablo my dog was able to walk around the fields. The cosy fire was lush in the evening. We would have liked another night. We will be back .

Enjoyable break staying in comfortable Cottage

Pros: Very comfortable well appointed Cottage in beautiful and quiet location

Cons: Not a big issue but would be useful to know how to control underfloor heating

Idyllic location and lovely cottage

Pros: The setting was lovely, overlooking the vines. The hosts contacted us with all the details we needed before our stay and were available for any help we needed. The cottage was very well appointed including a log burner with all we needed to light a fire The access to the vineyard and their back garden with our dog was lovely. It was ideal for a short stay with our dog.

Cons: The ongoing building/fitting of the other out buildings left a feeling of the work in progress. Not being able to use the front door seemed strange.

Pros: Everything! It was an amazing place to unwind and walk into town was beautiful

Pros: Amazing stay! Location was great, log fire was so lovely as we did have one rainy afternoon so stayed in, grounds were great for my dog to run around and the property was gorgeous. Modern and clean and so many lovely touches particularly for dog owners such as a big bed and bowls. Can’t wait to book again.

Absolutely stunning place, beautiful location and I would definitely recommend you to check out.

Pros: The property had a beautiful layout lovely underfloor heating and a very well equipped kitchen. The oak stairs, doors and bathroom fittings are second to none. The TV has loads of channels, Now TV, Netflix and Iplayer etc..

Cons: Although I being a builder had no problem using the shower, my partner struggled to use it as the handle on the shower tap is missing and should really be updated.
