Beautiful house in which to relax

Pros: Well appointed house with lively private garden in which to make the most of a sunny day. Quiet village with little traffic but a short distance to the lovely town of Ludlow Sophie the host was there to help with any questions & enquiries about the area

A really lovely cottage in a quiet location, ideal for exploring South Shropshire. Great host.

Pros: We have stayed in many self catering properties around the UK in the past and this is one of the best. This property is in just the right location for exploring South Shropshire. It is clean, very tastefully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. It exceeded our expectations. Trillow House also has a lovely private, enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ - just right for a balmy summer's evening. Communication with the host was excellent, before, during and after our stay and we received a lovely welcome basket.

Cons: Nothing!

Excellent stay at Trillow house. Sophie was very helpful and couldn’t be more accommodating. House is lovingly restored

Pros: Loved the privacy and the quirky property . Had everything we needed.

Cons: The garden chairs , we felt they could be something more comfortable but this was a minor issue. I would add that anyone who has mobility issues may find the stairs to the first floor difficult.

A very enjoyable stay

Pros: The house was absolutely beautiful. Stunning architecture and restored to enhance all the features. We particularly loved the garden which was such a good size. Excellent location also close to all the major attractions in the Marches. Sophie had left a lovely bag of gourmet crisps (along with prosecco and cake) which were a huge hit with my children and a lovely handwritten note. She also kept in touch throughout the stay which I really appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Perfect, peaceful and luxurious.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Incredibly peaceful location with lovely garden for an evening drink. Inside the house is immaculate, luxurious and well appointed. The little touches (antler chew for the dog through to coffee and tea for us) made it even nicer. Sophie left us a welcome card and was v helpful. Overall the whole experience was exactly what a short break should be. Thank you so much!!

Cons: having to leave.

We had a delightful stay in this very well appointed conversion. Host was very accommodating

Pros: Very well appointed and equipped cottage with secure garden. Great location.

Cons: It was well heated with an underfloor system throughout but a radiant heat source in the lounge would have been very welcome .

A piece of heaven

Pros: This place is a gem! Sophie has exquisitely transformed an old gothic school into a beautiful piece of heaven. The place was comfortable, peaceful and had everything that you need. We felt like home. Sophie prepared a beautiful hamper with some local foods and to enjoy our breakfast. Also, Sophie was very supportive and responded to all my messages.
