Wayside Lodge is comfortable, clean and welcoming with added benefits of a hot tub and log burner.

Pros: We had a great stay at Wayside Lodge. The owners were very welcoming and the site was friendly and very secure. The lodge was bright and clean with modern amenities. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The hot tub was excellent and the log burner was an added benefit to heating the lodge.

Pros: Very clean. The thoughtfulness of leaving a pint of milk and some biscuits on arrival was appreciated.

Cons: Not necessarily what we didn't like, but the owners perhaps need to check out the rear of the lodge on the right hand side under the back bedroom. We noticed a lot of wasps going in from the outside under the lodge. Not sure if they are building a nest.

Lovely quiet site, helpful hosts, and great accomodation.

Pros: Site hosts responded to queries very promptly. Accomodation was exactly what we needed for our long weekend. Perfect location as we were taking part in the Shropshire Way 80k festival. Hot tub was appreciated after a whole day out in the Shropshire hills

Cons: Wi-Fi quality/coverage was a bit patchy - generally useable, but it had periods of repeated disconnection.
