Pros: Great place for many places of interest and really clean and nice area

Pros: We were looking for a reasonably priced quiet accommodation in the countryside and the Annex was perfect in that respect. It was clean and the kitchen was well set out for the cooking we needed to do.

Cons: A heating system / boiler, seemingly for the whole house, is located in the kitchen. It was quite noisy when it fired up. We guessed it happened mainly when the family in the attached property were taking showers / using hot water. The bathroom sink was small and very low for us.

Lovely little annex

Pros: Love the annex it was comfortable clean and well presented with a home from home feel.the location was very quiet but it was a little bit out of the way for us as the road to it is very narrow with not many passing places but it didn't spoil our stay,the owner Jean was very pleasant when she called..all in all a lovely stay and and a very nice property.

Cons: As I said a little bit out if the way on narrow roads .so be prepared to take provisions as shops are limited.but it is certainly quiet and peaceful.

Quiet lovely place for a get away!

Pros: I liked the private entrance and facilities available. Good for a relaxing time away. Had outside area which was nice. The space was well heated and also well ventilated. There was also a television and

Cons: Was a little bit small but for just 2 people it was perfect. The WiFi worked great inside the property but not well outside for trying to make calls.

Very comfortable place

Pros: Very peaceful. Lovely country roads on the doorstep for some good running routes. The annexe was very well equipped and very comfortable.

Good value small quiet haven set in delightful countryside.

Pros: Quiet location, a little remote but within easy distance of Aberaeron. Enjoyed watching good variety of birds in the garden. Good beaches within easy striking distance (Tresaith, Penbryn, Aberporth, Cwmtudu and even Mwnt a little further away). The compact size of the annexe was fine for us but some might might not cope

Cons: Washbasin in the bathroom is minute and at a height for midgets. Shower is good though. Pothole at entrance to drive catches the unwary.

Perfect retreat from city life for those who don’t mind being away from it all

Pros: This was my third stay in the Blaen y Wawr annex. The location is ideal for where I need to be. It’s a nice easy drive to Lampeter, Aberaeron or Aberystwyth. Beautiful scenery and dark nights. The annex is very comfortable and nicely appointed with everything you could need to cook full meals if you didn’t want to eat out, though there are plenty of options close by if you would like to eat out. The Moody Cow in Llwyncelyn is very good. The grounds are very nicely kept and in good condition. It’s a bonus being able to park right at the front of the cottage. The wifi signal in the cottage is great.

Cons: There is no mobile phone signal in the cottage. You need to step into the garden to make and receive calls.
