Great property would return !

Pros: Beautiful decor, everything we needed for our visit, well equipped and a great location

Cons: The sofa and chairs were uncomfortable

Pros: Very good, central location. All modern fittings, kitchen and bathrooms, and spacious property. Was good value for money. Recommend Y Sospan as the place to eat out.

Cons: Parking was a bit of a hassle as no parking on site. But you can park from 5pm to until 10am outside if there is space. The designated parking is in a yard nearby and not far. The 3rd bedroom didn’t seem to have a window but we were not using it anyway.

Beautiful family house with great facilities

Pros: We loved staying in this beautiful house set over three floors. It's so bright and spacious with everything you could need provided. We loved the mix of original features and modern facilities. The beds were so comfortable it was difficult to get up and head out exploring some days! Secure parking close by was really helpful. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. A small problem was quickly sorted during our stay. Situated in the town of Dolgellau it meant that we had shops and pubs on the doorstep.

Cons: It would have been great to have a bit of space to use in the courtyard at the back. There are several large bins taking up most of it.

Very comfortable and would defo book again

Pros: Exceptionally clean. Everything needed was to hand. Nice bottle of Prosecco was left which was a nice touch

Cons: Very clean and within walking distance to all restaurants and pubs with spa literally 2 minute walk

Comfortable but something needs to be done about rubbish collection.

Pros: Central location and great house for couples as each floor has its own bathroom.

Cons: Recycling info out of date (2024 calendar for collection days) . Two of the boxes were missing resulting in the green bin over flowing in the very small back yard. Bin bags on the ground left by previous occupiers making it very unsightly.

Pros: The place was so clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms were spotless!! It is a stone throw away from all the nice restaurants and amenities. I would definitely recommend this property and will surely be staying here again when we visit the Sonwdonia area!!!

Quality staying with family in terrace property

Pros: The kitchen size is good with all amenities and appliances in full working order hence we enjoyed cooking. Enjoyed family dinner in the dining area. 3 Bedrooms and a box room equipped with comfortable mattresses, pillows, TVs, and heaters to get better slip and relax. 2 seperate bathrooms. private parking is available. co-op is very close to buy any grocery, drinks etc

Cons: 1 bed size is small so it can't accommodate an adult. need to get extra toilet tissues, shower get and shapoos, etc The drawing room needs some extra seating to accommodate everyone and allow them to enjoy family time together. Need to do a minimum of an hr traveling to do any activities. A private parking space, not adjoint the property so little hassle to quickly move

Beautiful house and great location, perfect for families

Pros: Beautiful location, nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Tastefully decorated and incredibly efficient facilities like heating, hot water and induction stove/cooker. Generously sized rooms and bathrooms. The Alexa, boardgames and games room were a really nice touch, although the ps3 games were quite outdated and very aimed towards boys so we just used it to watch a film in. Very cosy

Cons: The positives absolutely outweigh the negatives although rubbish/ recycling wasn’t clear and we were provided with black bags so assumed everything went in those. We questioned it but didn’t think too much of it as we aren’t familiar with disposal process in Wales. We realised only on the last day that there were allocated bins for plastics, paper, glass etc at the back so felt quite bad. Some more cleaning products would have been appreciated ie; washing up liquid, sponges/ dish cloth, kitchen towel & floor cleaner. Considering there is only really 1 mug/ glass per person at a time it’s not realistic to put the dishwasher on for only those if you need a drink. We had to do lots of trips to the shops to find things once we realised it wasn’t provided. Little things like that I think would help encourage visitors to keep the house cleaner. The TV in the super king room wasn’t working until we switched it off at the wall, then on again. Other than that, all great things 👍🏼

Unusually spacious house in lovely town on the edge of Snowdonia

Pros: Beautifully renovated Victorian townhouse with all mod cons. Great kitchen, and spacious living area perfect for a family holiday. Central, quiet location just a few minutes from the park and river. Stunning cycle ride along the river and estuary to Barmouth.
