Pros: Lovely house with great views. Warm with plenty of bedding, towels and firewood provided. Really nice garden and grounds to walk around. Marjorie the hostess is lovely, very helpful and makes the best mince pies ever!

Quiet holiday retreat. Bungalow has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Situated in a quiet rural area with beautiful views towards Hergest Ridge. Owner is well experienced in providing exceptionally comfortable accommodation for a holiday. Highly recommend.

It's only 25 minutes from Hay on Wye Festival.

Pros: Quiet rural location surrounded by fields with amazing views. It's only 25 minutes from Hay on Wye Festival.

Cons: The furnishing are a bit dated, but very comfortable. The BT WiFi was very slow. Directions the Post Code covers a wide area, best to use What 3 Words, ///outwards.adopters.unzips

A friendly welcome and a very comfortable stay

Pros: The cottage was clean and the host very welcoming - there were lovely touches like fresh flowers and home baked cakes. Everything that you needed was provided in the kitchen, living room, dining room and bedrooms. The views from the property were stunning!

Cons: Overall the furnishings and fittings could possibly do with a little updating.

We had an excellent stay and will look forward to returning to this lovely place.

Pros: A very welcoming friendly host who made us feel at home straight away. The cottage is beautiful, clean and attractive with great views. Homemade cakes waiting for us and a log fire glowing, started our holiday in the best way. Thank you Marjorie!

Cons: Couldn’t have been improved upon, all was excellent.
