Absolutely stunning cottage, cannot recommend it enough!

Pros: The cottage is absolutely stunning, we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. The decor is beautiful and you have everything you could ever need. The hot tub is a very special touch and even though the weather was not the best when we stayed the shelter ment we could still make full use of it. We cannot recommend this cottage enough, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Fun adventure in Wales with the best accommodation

Pros: The property was ever so cosy and decorated lovely and had everything we needed plus much much more. The hot tub was fabulous and just what we needed after climbing Pen-e-fan. We visited a couple of the pubs in the village during our stay and the locals were so so friendly and we had great fun dancing and singing with them…and to top it off the owners of the air B&B left out a lovely little hamper and birthday card with some chocolates….what a great place,,

Cons: Not really anything we did not like.

Pros: We stayed, end of november/early December, only now reviewing! Cosy cottage with everything we needed, peaceful area to stay in, hot tub was a nice touch

Cons: My opinion but the bed was uncomfortable, actually back breaking! My partner also said the same but was able to tolerate it

Overall lovely calming stay

Pros: Loved the location & hottub. The bedding sheets and pilllws were super cosy, heating works well and the rainfall showerhead was lovely. Very clean and tidy. We went over new year so had christmas decorations and they had even left us things like bread & milk which were lovely. Really friendly host. Local pub & chinese were great!

Cons: There were just a couple of small things, the toilet seat was broken, the mattress was extremely hard for us, we prefer soft (personal preference & each to their own) The sofa are asthetically pleasing but not the type to comfortably relax in after a day of hiking. And we also felt it was dog tolerant as opposed to dog friendly, usual things like no dogs on furniture (doesnt bother us as ours had his crate) but you cant use the bins for dog poo - you need to walk it to the high street bins. And we were also asked to leave £25 cash for the dog when we left but feel that should be in with the original booking fee - we never carry cash anymore. Despite these things we would stay again, especially now we know what to expect.

Pros: Lovely cosy little cottage, everything we needed. Clean and comfortable and perfect for our 3 night stay. Hot tub was an added bonus.

Perfect place to stay in Llandovery

Pros: My second stay at Bwthyn y Porthmyn and it was just as good as the first. A fantastic little cottage, fully equipped with everything you need for a stay in beautiful Llandovery. I'll be booking again when I'm next in town!

Perfect little cottage for a stay in Llandovery

Pros: Amazing cottage in a great location in town. Such a cosy and comfy place with all the facilities needed for a stay. I was there for 10 nights and immediately booked another!

Pros: The house is superb, very tastefully decorated with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped, absolutely no need to bring anything because you can find it there. The beds are comfy, every room is spotless. The hosts have thought of everything to make their guests welcome, there is a lovely hamper basket as well. Two takeaways around the corner, pubs and cafes close by. Plenty of things to see and walks to explore. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Emma and Phil!
