Pros: Great location everything was spotless great decor. Staff were phenomenal nothing to much trouble the food was of an excellent standard and the drinks and cocktails were superb. We were made to feel very welcome met the owner too who was a great bloke with a lovely family. It was a truly warm and inviting experience loved their local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Overall enjoyed my stay but the limited access was a real challenge

Pros: In very good decorative order and spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent.

Cons: The bed was a small double in a very small room and was rather lumpy & hard. I knew at booking there was no lift, and have stayed in lift free hotels before, so I didn’t see it as an issue, but I wasn’t prepared for the 5 flights of narrow stairs to get to my room, which proved to be an almost impossible undertaking when carrying a holdall. To get down the stairs with my holdall at the end of my stay, I had to pull it behind me and let it bump down them, as it was too perilous to actually carry it down due to the restricted space. This very limited access issue should be made much clearer in the hotel booking info.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, was definitely a highlight of our 6 week trip in the UK and Ireland.

Nowhere better to stay in Barmouth at a very good price

Pros: Everything was clean. Modern and great location. Staff were amazing and the food is great too

Great value for money, will definitely stay again.

Pros: The property was very clean, comfortable, staff were great, food was lovley, plenty of it, full English breakfast was superb

Cons: The only downfall, was the heating in the room, electric heater on the wall took a very long time to heat the room, its was lovley and warm the following morning after the heater had been on for 15 hrs.

Pros: Great location, very clean room with a lovely en suite with a very nice shower. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Cons: Lots of stairs but it wasn't really an issue.

Pros: A loveley modern room. Spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were excellent and breakfast was really nice. I would recommend it to anyone.

Cons: Not a complaint, but a couple of chairs in the room would have been a welcome bonus.
