Pros: Lovely hotel staff were brilliant. Waking up to the view was amazing .

Treated like royalty in a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Doesn't get much better than that.

Great hotel with excellent food and accommodation.

Pros: The location is brilliant. All of the staff were first rate. The room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable.

Cons: The only negative was the heating in the room. It was far too hot during the night and the thermostat didn’t seem to work lowering the temperature.

Great location and food . Views were spectacular

Pros: The location was fabulous and the food was great . We sat by the fire on a windy raining evening and it was perfect.

Cons: The room was very hot but I opened the window and so it was fine.

Beautiful rooms, amazing views, delicious breakfast. Helpfull staff

Pros: The location and staff. We often pop in for food and when we realised they offer dog friendly accommodation we decided to book. The room was amazing, views outstanding and the staff were very accommodating.

Cons: Don’t have anything negative to say.

Pros: Very friendly staff right from the start and throughout the stay. Very picturesque setting, decent food.

Cons: The family room was just a little awkward. The toilet clashed with the bathroom door. Had to duck on the stairs between the rooms.

Pros: Beautiful setting .. staff very polite and couldn’t do enough for you breakfast was lovely

Pros: Gorgeous location and views. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The Christmas decorations were lovely. 'The Snug' with the wood burner, comfy sofas / cushions and low lighting was just perfect. All our meals were delicious including our Christmas dinner. The accommodation was extremely clean and well presented.

Cons: If I had to mention a couple of tiny improvements.. the bathroom: the loo system cover was sloped which meant most items placed on it rolled onto the floor. There's a lack of storage space in the bathroom (maybe some small shelves could be added?).

Great friendly location

Pros: The location is stunning. Unfortunately we were only there one night as we were enroute for a work event, however would think about staying here for leisure in the future to go walking in the surrounding hills and mountains.

Cons: Bathrooms were a bit tiny

Very good stay

Pros: The pub, the accommodation, and the staff. All very good.

Cons: We ate in the pub in the evening, and it was disappointing. I wasn't blown away by the food, and the lighting in the far dining room was very bright, meaning there was little ambience. The staff however, were excellent.
