Cae'r Beili

Pros: We had such a delightful time at Cae’r Beili! The place was super clean and cozy, and the surroundings were just breathtaking—so calm and peaceful. The cottage was next to a lovely farm, which made it even more special. We had a wonderful chat with the property owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend this spot for a visit; it truly was an amazing experience and the perfect holiday getaway!

Dark skies getaway

Pros: Loved the house. Ideal getaway for a couple of days. We stayed put and enjoyed the garden. Very comfortable beds, everything you need was supplied.

Beautiful place peaceful location

Pros: Beautiful location really peaceful all the family loved the cottage and the setting. Lots of wildlife on the doorstep enjoyed watching the birds especially the birds of prey red kites and buzzards. Also being able to go on a walk from the doorstep was definitely a bonus. Not to mention if you get a clear night sky the stars are amazing. Then to cozy down after busy day in front of the log burner is the cherry on top. Will definitely be back at some point.

Cons: Only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t stay for longer.

Lovely holiday

Pros: Lovely cottage, quiet location with its own private garden area. We were able to access good hiking and great walks in the area. Hosts were lovely and informative about the area. Family all enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Cae’r Beili is an absolutely stunning cottage with far reaching views towards the Cambrian Mountains. It is perfectly located with many walks from the door. It had everything we needed for a lovely weekend. It was beautifully clean and we received a lovely warm Welcome on arrival.

Charming cottage, delightful location!

Pros: We loved the location, the cottage, the views, and the super friendly host! We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely wood-burning fireplace, especially after a couple of wet and windy walks to the waterfall. The shower was fabulous - such great water pressure! The house was well equipped, including the kitchen (the fridge was on the small side to hold food for 6 adults for 4 days). We would definitely like to return ... in winter to fully enjoy the fireplace on a snowy day AND in summer to make the most of the outdoor areas.

Cons: We found the twin beds in the third bedroom a little small (short) for adults, albeit they were comfortable mattresses. Since there weren't that many eateries nearby we had most of our meals at home - and we spent several lovely lazy afternoon hours painting and playing Scrabble in the sunny conservatory when it was pouring with rain outside, but we found the dining room table and chairs a little uncomfortable after a time. Oh, and a couple more serving dishes and/or salad bowls would have been super useful. Just small things and didn't at all detract from the enjoyment of our stay!

One of a kind property - a must stay!!

Pros: Cae'r Beili is an absolutely stunning cottage that is well equipped with everything you need and more!! Meryl was the perfect host - she was really friendly and welcoming. She was always available to help with any questions prior to and during our stay. Would highly recommend this beautiful place!!

A comfortable relaxing stay in a beautiful part of Wales. We had a great time despite the wet weather.

Pros: A well equipped, cosy cottage in a peaceful rural location surrounded by lovely views and a working farm.

Cons: Only one very minor issue: My wife found it difficult to dry her hair as the mirror is not located near a power socket.
