A relaxing and comfortable weekend break.

Pros: The view was amazing, the room was very comfortable and had lots of amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. It was ideally located to get to the beach, shops snd train station. Handy parking in front so I could leave my car nearby.

Cons: Nothing!

Lovely comfortable stay.

Pros: The room was the large one at the front overlooking the sea. It was very nice, if a little tired, but had a lovely feeling to it and was nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Although the room I stayed in was lovely it was a little tired around the edges and could benefit from a bit of tlc. For example the carpet was quite worn. But I'm just being picky as I thoroughly enjoyed my two nights there.

Lovely place with a great view

Pros: A lovely property with great sea views. Very tasteful furniture and close to everything. Very friendly hosts.

Warm Welcoming and Ideal location

Pros: The room had a great view of the seafront and a nice comfy chair by the window. The owners gave me a warm welcome when I arrived, and they were very helpful for any questions I had amd generally fun to talk to. The room had plenty of space for belongings, and the bed was comfortable. I stayed for 4 nights, and I didn't hear a thing. I didn't hear any quests in other rooms, and I wasn't woken up by traffic outside, which is something I usually have to deal with elsewhere. Overall I wasn't very happy with the stay, and would stay here again when I visit Barmouth again.

Cons: The bed mattress was slanted to one side, so it felt like I was about to roll off the bed. However, I turned the mattress around, which fixed the problem, and I slept comfortably after that. Whilst generally not a problem, the hot water took a while to warm up. The shower head is mainly a mist type, so not a lot of water comes out, even on max. A normal shower head would probably be much better. It was only a small problem, though, and it did the job.

Certainly go back but on ground floor

Pros: Friendly clean quiet 100 feet from beach great location

Cons: The amount of stairs to get to our room definitely for younger people

Lovely seaside hotel

Pros: Lovely owners in a great location, nice comfy bed and clean room. The mini fridge was useful and nice to have the kettle with coffee and tea. The view was great of the beach.

Cons: All was well, there is no door on the shower room so maybe suited towards couples, but not a major issue.

Pros: Location. Great View of the Beach and Estuary. Spotlessly Clean. Comfy Bed. Mini Fridge was a nice touch.

Cons: Nothing.
