Showman's Wagon at Coed Cae

A great short break for 2 and our dog, cosy with great views.

Pros: Great, quirky little place for a cosy few days. The log burner was brilliant and the view from the lounge window was gorgeous, stretching all the way down to Barmouth. We enjoyed a few local walks with stunning scenery. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Super cosy, clean and perfect for a couple! Everything you’d possibly need, great heating, amazing wood burner! Make sure you look at the book collection, it’s fabulous! Also some little games in the coffee table! Perfect location for some beautiful walks. 10/15min walk to the pub (bring a torch if it’s winter). High risk of sleeping in, as the bed is soooo comfortable!

A comfortable, characterful getaway in a well placed location.

Pros: Loved the characterful decor and all the little touches- welcome pack for dog included! Especially liked the fact that so much was hand made/ bespoke using local timber etc. Very comfy bed and sitting room. Well kitted out too. Not your average caravan!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish

Pros: We booked for our anniversary and wow it was fantastic from first arriving we had a chuckle at the waltzer car in the garden. Then we explored and lots of wows and oh I like this were said about the quirky interior. Lots of personal touches from treats and poo bags for our little sausage marble to milk and tap water cooled in the fridge. Dragon hot water bottles on the bed also brought a smile. Hosts fantastic and came down to great us. You are left to enjoy your booking whilst there but help is there should you require it. You can also rent bikes from the property which is something we will be sure to do next time. There is lots to explore in the local area and lots of dog friendly places to go. Lots of thought and love has gone into the showman’s wagon which is evident front arrival through to stepping through the door for the first time. I am not one for leaving reviews as a rule but couldn’t not pop a one on as it was truly fantastic and we look forward to a return visit xx

Pros: The Showman’s Wagon is a great, quirky property with stunning views. It’s very dog friendly, extremely well equipped and very well thought out. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Quirky, quiet, wonderful Wagon.

Pros: We loved the quirkiness of the Wagon, the logfire made our stay so cosy and warm in the winter. The view out of the lounge window was fantastic. It was quiet but there was plenty to do in the area. We had a great 2 nights, dog friendly too!
