Great location

Pros: Stunning views and great location, very friendly and helpful owners couldn't do enough for us, we will definitely be back next year.

Cons: Should have stayed longer 😄

A wonderful Art Deco apartment in a wonderful location.

Pros: Danny & Lisa were the most amazing host's, excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect a wonderful sea view & close to all the local amenities. The apartment was exceptionally clean, a very comfortable bed. Good quality fixtures & fittings. There is a TV in the lounge and bedroom, the kitchen is very well equipped with a good selection of cutlery & glasses. There is a induction Hob with various size pans & a lovely oven glove.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike, even the weather was good for us.

Excellent all round apartment and location.

Pros: Location and view were fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was spotlessly clean. All facilities were there to self cater and host was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: Heating was adjusted via the radiator valves which meant it got a little cold or a little hot at times, particularly going to bed and waking up due to the manual nature but we sorted out a routine. There was no heating in the bathroom that we could see so that was a little cold although not too bad.

Pros: Perfect location. Great Parking. Spotlessly clean, with no pets allowed which we loved. Great communication with owners & very friendly & helpful. Great hosts. Barmouth is lovely & Sunray added to our enjoyment.

Pros: The location was amazing overlooking the harbour and stunning views of Barmouth bridge,the mountains and the estuary. The bed was super comfy. The apartment was very well equipped. Danny text me to tell me the apartment was ready for us and our key was in a lock box .

Cons: The water pressure was poor in the shower and the toilet was a struggle to flush. we appreciate its a very old building. No hand towels were provided. We didn't message and ask for them so our fault really I'm sure we could have had them straight away.

Pros: The location was spot on with a variety of places to eat out suiting all budgets. The facilities were excellent and the accommodation spotless. Fantastic views and excellent hosts.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing not to like!

Fantastic Sunray Suites!

Pros: Perfect location with fantastic views across the harbour to the front and the beautiful beach at rear of property! Great seating area to watch the sunset! Everything you needed was provided! Friendly, helpful hosts! Had a great stay in Barmouth and look forward to returning!! Off road parking was a great bonus!!!

Cons: Nothing to dislike only a suggestion - it would be helpful to have a socket near the full length mirror to enable you to see when drying your hair or an addtional mirror close to a socket in the bedroom.

Pros: Immaculate, comfortable living space. Ever-changing views over the estuary. Secure moto parking and great hosts.
