Pros: The facilities were top notch, house was warm and well provisioned. It was ideally situated less than 30 minutes from enough to keep us entertained for the whole week. It's also far enough from the big built up areas that we could sit outside at night and watch for shooting stars.

Pros: Location was ideal. So peaceful Plenty of room for us all Use of the hot tub was great Enjoyed watching the bats swooping around at dusk

Cons: Beds were not the most comfortable and bedrooms got very hot in the warm weather. A fan in the rooms would help

The Stables cottages at Cynghordy.

Pros: The hosts Lucy, and John were very nice, and helpful when needed , and if a problem did occur Lucy was there in minutes. The converted cottage was as described, very spacious, clean, and everything was there that we needed. The hot tub was used by my daughter, and grandchildren who thought it brilliant, and so I would certainly recommend it if you wanted a quiet break in a quiet, and peaceful surrounding. I would definitely recommend.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Such a beautiful stay

Pros: Its a lovely house and we had a great time. It's very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The children loved the sheep outside. It is very quiet and even if someone stays in the cottage next door, you can't hear anything at all. My 4 year old daughter said it was the greatest holiday house she had ever seen and she is already planning our next trip.

A countryside retreat with dark skies and no noise

Pros: Lovely peaceful setting with access to walk through the fields. The kids loved damming the stream. Spacious living room. Very clean and well presented accommodation. The kids enjoyed the board games that were available. Having access to an indoor hot tub was a treat. Being able to charge my EV was convenient and worth the extra minor cost.

Pros: incredible building with lots of space for our group. incredible kitchen and living room for everyone to socialise and relax. Lucy the host was outstanding, thank you.
