Amazing place for a romantic break away

Pros: We had coincidentally stayed at this farm last year, in the quirky cute converted horsebox, so when we realised we had booked the same farm, but a different hut, I was very excited to return! The hut was perfect 🥰 Exceptionally clean, heating was great so it was lovely and cosy, had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom, hot tub excellent and nice and hot! I was even able to arrange a bottle of prosecco in our fridge before our arrival, so that we could toast our Anniversary when we arrived! Excellent directions, excellent parking area, Teresa had also done a little welcome basket of eggs, crisps, biscuits and chocolates. Absolutely loved our little weekend away ❤️ Perfectly tranquil and beautiful location, very private (no one walks past the hut), I'd recommend this to all couples! Thankyou so much 💖

Very relaxing break

Pros: Lovely and quiet. Clean and comfortable with a fantastic hot tub. Was exactly the break we was hoping for.

Cons: Living area was uncomfortable.

Pros: Beautiful location, excellent facilities from the shepherds hut, covered hot tub, seating around the fire pit and the bbq. With the breathtaking, extensive scenery it just made for a perfectly enjoyable weekend

My husband's 60th birthday.

Pros: My husband and I only stayed for two nights. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was the perfect retreat. We stayed in the Little Acorn, Luxury Shepherd Hut, and it was absolutely fabulous. The Shepherd Hut had every little luxury we could wish to have. Extremely clean, modern with a very thoughtful welcome basket, beautiful private garden with hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ, but best of all was the exceptional views that were breathtaking. We would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

Cons: To be perfectly honest, there wasn't anything my husband and I didn't like. I personally would have liked somewhere to hang my clothes but really it wasn't a problem. There was a lovely little shop where you could buy essentials from and the hosts and family were extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect stay. Thank you.

Great place to get away and relax 😀

Pros: The location was perfect with a fantastic view over the countryside. The bed was really comfortable and a good kitchen and bathroom layout. The hot tub was really good 😀😀

A delightful escape in a lovely Shepherd's Hut in a gorgeous part of mid Wales.

Pros: A beautifully , kitted out Shepherd's Hut in a stunning location in mid Wales . We loved the views down the valley , the gardens, and of course meeting the animals . We also welcomed the hot tub at the end of our working days ! Host Matt was lovely too and kindly sorted out any issues we had ...e.g. lighting the Barbeque, opening the hot tub or accessing TV channels . Diolch yn fawr. ( PS The Spar in Llanfyllin is the nearest store and is well stocked including the 'Cook' range of food ).

Cons: No sign of the Welsh language in the information . shame . Missing a good opportunity to promote the Welsh language . Maybe add some bilingual info ? Shepherd's Hut = Cwt Bugail .

Pros: The positioning of the hut was perfect the views were amazing, the hot tub was lush and the bed very comfy

Pros: We couldn't fault the place at all! Absolutely loved how remote yet comfortable with everything we needed! We will be back in warmer weather

Pros: Everything! There’s nothing we didn’t like, bed was super comfy and we had some cute visitors! Very clean and tidy and we will definitely be back!

Pros: The views are amazing, and the hot tub is such a bonus with those surroundings. Im sure it's stunning in the summer.

Cons: It's only a little thing, but the seating area was a little uncomfortable. Due to the two awful storms we unfortunately had whilst we stayed there, we spent a fair bit of time indoors, and it's just unfortunate that trying to get comfortable on it was a challenge.
