Excellent for my requirements

Pros: Everything excellent in location for what was needed

Cons: Only thing I could comment on (although it didn't affect me) was location in relation to safety for children as door opened out directly on to a very busy road

Incredible weekend

Pros: Great place to stay. Beautiful home. Opposite the park for kids and only a 5 to 10 minute walk into the village.

Cons: Need bigger chopping board

Pros: Plenty of space.. on the door step to everything. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Dishwasher tabs, bleach and an extra bin bags would be helpful. Main bedroom the lamps and the ceiling light did nit work so no lighting at all.

Clean, warm, convenient and reasonably priced.

Pros: Everything was easy and location was perfect. Nice and warm, everything worked. Right on a busy road so not brilliant for young children but not a problem for us. Aldi on doorstep, town on doorstep, lovely view across park to river. Parking an absolute bonus - as there were roadworks outside with one way light we found it easy to get on and off drive but may be tricky usually??? Anyway we will definitely go back it had everything we needed.

Cons: Could have done with a little washing up liquid provided just to get us started for the first night but there were tbags and toilet paper which was good.

Cosy and Scenic

Pros: A week off season in Llangollen was wonderful, Minafon was a cosy and pleasant house located just out of the town centre across from the river and park. Very comfy and fairly spacious for such an old building. Me and mostly my friends had a great time here(two of us are locals but the others enjoyed exceptionally). Great value off-season, unsure on prices during peak but definitely worth a visit if you wish yo see the region. Is pet friendly, if you wish to take you dog walking, believe you have to inform them and the pet be well behaved though.

Cons: There wasn't too much negative to say about the place. Very minor damage to paint, skirting, and socket mounts but nothing that screamed lack of care. The major downside of the property is that the front door is straight out onto the main road which can get busy, luckily there is a back door to the parking area if this would work better. There's two parking spaces here but sadly no garden area if this is something you would like.

Pros: Beautiful cottage in a perfect location. I will definitely book to stay here again.

Pros: Lovely cottage with everything you need. Clean throughout. Great location, a very short walk to Llangollen. Had a lovely stay

Great place to be based

Pros: Good location go walk to town Good lounge and dining spaces

Cons: A few small things did let it down but could be easily fixed

Pros: Wonderful stay, cosy cottage, comfy beds and great communication. Great location for river, town/restaurants and pubs and over road from aldi. Everything you need in the kitchen. Thank You!
