Great host, great property, great time!

Pros: The host was amazingly helpful. Properly was beautiful and very clean

Cons: The kitchenette could be better if it had a hob, also because there are no binds or curtains (so you see the amazing view) it was very light in the morning.

A gorgeous retreat

Pros: The property has beautiful views over the Brecon countryside. It is furnished and styled to look gorgeous whilst also being comfortable and homely. The facilities are all excellent and Sonia could not be a more accommodating or approachable host.

Fabulous place to stay

Pros: Beautiful and stylish accommodation, in a lovely rural location. Very peaceful Very helpful and communicative host.

Cons: Only minor thing is the headroom in one of the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs No curtains on the windows but only an issue if you're a light sleeper

It was an absolutely perfect break away in a stunning property & location.

Pros: Sonia was a very warm, friendly and welcoming host who was on hand throughout our stay either in person or on the phone. The property and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the location is a fantastic base for exploring this part of Wales. The cottage had everything required to make it a home from home stay, and the lovely touches that Sonia adds make you feel like you can relax and unwind. Sonia provides Reike & Angel Reading sessions which I would loved to have utilised had I thought about it in advance. But its definitely on the list the next time I stay at Pippin Lodge. Lastly, my mum and I took our dogs who were very welcome guests in the property, and who appeared to very much like their stay too.

Cosy accommodation with amazing views

Pros: This was a great space for our family of 4. The beds and bedding were super comfy and Sonia was an amazing host, very friendly and on hand to help. The views from the Lodge are exceptional. It was a shame that the garden area isn’t completely secure for the dogs as we had to keep them on a lead. Sonia did warn us about this prior to arrival but it would make the accommodation perfect if the dogs could be left to mooch in the mornings and evenings when needed. Curtains in the bedrooms would have given us a longer sleep as the rooms are lovely and airy but as a consequence we did wake up earlier than usual.

Pros: Cute cosy and very welcoming, perfect surroundings, amazing views, your own little garden too, was honestly the best weekend, thank you! Sonia was just amazing, so helpful with all questions, such a lovely genuine person and that makes your stay so much nicer and you can fully relax ❤️ We’ll definitely be back x

Excellent stay in a beautiful cottage

Pros: Excellent stay - we come for a stay exploring the Brecon Beacons & the cottage was excellent location for this. Cottage was comfortable & spacious. The kids loved playing in the garden - views of the countryside were excellent. We all loved it - kids especially loved the animals which Sonia’s daughter was kind enough to let the kids see & stroke. Overall a lovely stay & could not fault the cottage or stay. Would definately come back.

Beautiful home in a great location, we’ll be back!!

Great little cottage in Wales

Pros: The location was great, and the beds were really comfortable. The views in the morning were gorgeous and the cottage had everything we needed for our short stay. And perfect that we could bring our dog along too.

Cons: The ceiling was a little low in the bathroom so we had to bend down a bit. It was chilly when we arrived (it was a particularly cold day) and took a little while to heat up, but was lovely once it was warm.

Pros: Pippin Lodge is a stunning place to stay, extremely accommodating for both myself and my 2 dogs that I took with me. Sonia is an incredible host and even gave one of my dogs a lovely groom. A beautiful stay.
