A very enjoyable stay. Clean, comfortable in a great location

Pros: Location, parking, enclosed garden. A very nice property clean and comfortable. Hope to return.

Cons: No bath mat. A file with information would have been nicer rather than all the notices. Info on recycling would be useful. Extension socket in the red bedroom gave off a bright light at night but these are only minor points.

Great location, everything you need for a few days away. Highly recommended.

Pros: Lovely little house, great size for 3 or 4. Garden lovely to sit in. Excellent location for the surrounding area. 2 brilliant pubs less than 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Perfect

Pros: Recently stayed here for three nights and couldn't have been more delighted with the experience. The house is situated in a quiet, residential area, offering a peaceful retreat. Both the interior and exterior of the property are beautifully maintained and truly stunning. Would gladly return if the opportunity arises in the future.

Comfortable stay in lovely quiet village

Pros: Surprisingly spacious for a 2 bedroom house in very quiet location. Clean and tidy, kitchen very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds very comfortable and fresh, quality bed linen. House tastefully presented. Lovely hot shower with good water pressure. Tidy garden with small patio and freshly cut lawn was welcome on a warm summer's day. Host answered our one query quickly and to our satisfaction. Although we sadly no longer have a dog, we were pleased that this was a dog-friendly property. However, I will point out that the property did not smell of dog, nor could you tell that dogs had been here, if you are not a dog lover. Do not dismiss this property for this reason.

Cons: We booked a house rather than stay in a hotel as we preferred to cook our own meals. Sadly the oven required a really good clean and there were no flat oven trays to cook a pizza. Other deeper oven trays needed a deep clean. We got by with buying foil to use as a tray on the oven racks (which also needed a good clean). I have never stayed in a property where there is a printed inventory of what is in each kitchen drawer/cupboard, rather offputting. Thought it was a overkill of 14 notices stuck to the walls around the property with a list of do's and don'ts such as turning down the heating and do not let pets on the bed or upstairs etc often repeated more than once. No dishwasher

Good value and good access to local area

Pros: Good well equipped home with nice gardens and good off road parking. Nice comfortable beds. Right in the middle of the village. 2 nice pubs within walking distance.

Cons: Dust on the back of the tv Creaking floor boards in the bedroom. More info on how to operate the central heating.

Pros: Really comfortable and well equipped and in a great location to explore Ludlow. Great host who answered a query we had immediately. Enclosed garden was a bonus and a great outdoor space and well equipped with furniture and bbq. Couldn’t fault anything and if ever in the area again will definite book this house.

Totally relaxed

Pros: The lazy boy electrical reclining sofa is just brilliant after a big day at work, and not forgetting the amazon rain shower, made relaxing and winding down at night a pleasure. The facilities and back garden are great, i would of liked to fire the bbq up, but unfortunately the weather wasn't great.

Cons: I didn't enjoy the single beds, I'm a pretty big guy at 6ft\

Great property

Pros: Amazing property in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. The shower was spot on and a secure garden for the dogs.

Cons: Grass a little long, but we have had very wet weather so probably been unable to cut it.
