Perfect cottage in beautiful setting

Pros: The cottage & surrounding area were absolutely stunning. Lovely open kitchen , dining , living area , comfortable bed , great bathroom! Lots of walking routes , beautiful lake with a picnic bench just a short walk at the back of the cottage. Great hosts , very friendly & helpful.

Cons: Everything was perfect , the only thing that could be added was a little table to go with the bench outside the cottage

Superb property and great hosts on Wales border

Pros: The fully equipped ground floor unit was superb and had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen/cooking facilities as well as the washing machine were well utilised and fantastic to have at our disposal. Being at a working farm was an added bonus, the surrounds and outlook were brilliant. Hosts Phillip and Zoe were wonderful, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable -- with great tips on eating out and touring around the region, etc. They have done an incredible job in refurbishing this property to a high level. Considering the location a car would be a must.

Cons: Bed was a little uncomfortable and small for us. But a minor matter.

A cozy and very comfortable cottage, perfect for relaxing and exploring the countryside

Pros: We felt at home right away when we were met with a very warm and friendly welcome. The cottage is set in beautiful surroundings, the views and sunrise/sunsets are stunning. Such a lovely, relaxing place to stay. Everything you need is to hand and it’s spotlessly clean. Zoe and Philip were exceptional hosts, from the start of the booking process to the point of leaving with a cheery goodbye. They kept in touch and gave very detailed directions, can’t wait to return

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about the cottage

Excellent accommodation, immaculately clean, comfortable large bed.

Pros: Met on our arrival by the host who showed us straight to the cottage which nice and warm on a cold day. Immaculately clean, comfortable large bed and lovely soft towels. It exceeded my expectations as there was tea, coffee, sugar, milk and plenty of cleaning products provided. Lovely peaceful location and very close to the event we were attending.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Really enjoyed my stay at the granary, just what I wanted for a peaceful break away. Cottage has everything you need and was very clean (I normally avoid dog friendly places because there's always some dog hair around but you wouldn't be able to tell here). There's also some woodland near the cottage if you want a walk nearby. I wish I had booked to stay longer!

Cons: The TV is installed a bit high on the wall for me :)

Pros: Great location for escaping ! Lovely walking country. Well equipped accommodation warm and welcoming.

Cons: Unfortunately the bed squeaked every time my husband turned over.
