If we'er ever working in this area again I will be preying this place is available

Pros: I booked this accommodation for colleagues working in the area, they loved it here! When working away they just want home from home comforts and that's what they got and more.

Pros: The cottage was lovely and clean, plenty of space for the 2 of us and the dog. Good places to walk around the area and easy to get to shops. The property had everything we needed and the hosts were really helpful and friendly

Beautiful quaint and peaceful property, with lovely surroundings as part of the courtyard.

Pros: lovely and quiet village, perfect size for two, clean and well presented.

Cons: lol, the practically vertical stairs up to bed. completely understandable in the cottage as it’s a conversion from another era, but do bear it in mind if any mobility issues. everything else compensated for this however and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous stay

Pros: Peaceful location. Fabulous walks. Warm cottage. Very comfortable bed.

Cons: No door mats. Needs another chest of drawers in master bedroom. No where to hang coats downstairs. Really not a big deal though.

Quiet, clean and a lovely convenient place to stay. we will be back

Pros: lovely area, a nice tasteful conversion of an old coach house. Friendly, helpful host who lives next door. Sky Tv and good broadband. Car chargers in Oswestry, also near Chirk but fantastic at the Rhug estate on way into N.Wales. Beautiful countryside and lovely mountains in Wales. Chirk castle National Trust is a great place to visit as is the canal aqueduct.

Cons: local pub not doing food on Sunday or Monday evenings but in fact not at all due to refurbishing their kitchen.

Relaxing and comfortable with great facilities

Pros: The hosts left a lovely welcome pack, bread jam milk bottle of milk and a bottle of prosecco it was very thoughtful of them. They also left us an Easter egg. There was Coffee Tea and Sugar as well as condiments. dishwasher tablets and also pods for the washing machine and there was every utensil you could ask for. They lived in another building opposite and introduced themselves when we were outside but just to let us know where they were if we needed them we never felt we were being overlooked just left in peace. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The handbook they left was very explicit and never had to ask them about anything.

Cons: They are still doing work on the grounds and intend to add a fence around so anyone with pets can keep them enclosed. I took a dog with me and that would have been good then wouldn't have to keep an eye on him outside but the weather was nice so it wasn't a problem.
