Peaceful rural retreat

Pros: Rural location. Comfortable. Friendly hosts. Had everything we needed. Peaceful retreat from busy lives. Convenient for Hay on Wye. Access from property for countryside walks.

Cons: Not a problem because good directions from hosts, just to note farm is 500 yds further up the road and to the right beyond St Peter’s church. The what 3 words location is most accurate. Steep roughish road up to farm - but council due to be smoothing road.
