Warm and comfortable, very easy to relax and enjoy our holiday

Pros: It was like a home from home, lots of household equipment and stocked up with logs and other goodies thank you

Cons: We didn’t have any negative issues

Pros: As soon as I saw this property on booking.com I knew it would be right for us. I wasn’t disappointed as when we arrived it was bigger than I’d expected. The more I looked around the more I noticed how many extras had been thought of by the host for those that need things like, baby facilities, all the kitchen equipment etc… The only thing that we noticed was not a fault of the property, but from the main bedroom the cars going by from the early hours were very loud. So please note to take ear plugs with you. We met the owners as we were leaving and they are absolutely lovely people. Do note, that there is no shop in the village so collect your necessaries before arrival. Overall fantastic stay 😊

Cons: Just the noisy cars that past in the early hours - but this is not a property fault. Just a note to others to take ear plugs is sleeping in master bedroom. Walls and doors are solid so did not effect the kids room

Pros: Excellent location for exploring. This cottage has everything you need. We especially loved the log fire.

A lovely family holiday enhanced by the property and its location. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: We loved the location of the property. Everything we needed was at the house, ready for us to use. There were toys for children and dogs and also beach towels for everyone to use.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Lovely home with everything a family could need and more, look forward to returning.

Cons: Sticky table in the kitchen Could do with a deep cleaning Despite check out until 10am, there were people knocking at the door and wandering around property at 9am asking us to leave so they can clean the property for next visitors. We all felt pressurised by it and found this unfair and annoying.

Beautiful location

Pros: The location was very good . Would certainly book again with us making adjustments. The bus into machynleth was great

Cons: Think need to highlight more suitable for families. We struggled with the small bedroom and bunks. Maybe some coffee making facilities would help e.g. A plastic filter and jug

Amazing!!

Pros: We loved the cottage, absolutely beautiful and SO cosy. Beds comfortable, {main bedroom just needs the electric blanket turning around, top to bottom.) Super cosy! Living room was exceptional, beautiful log burner, easy to move furniture if you felt the need to, very cosy. Kitchen was my dream, all the facilities needed and more, well equipped for young children at no extra cost. Lovely dining area, all the equipment to cook a lovely meal., (Would suggest more modern cutlery, just because of the drying process.) We stayed Halloween week and we're surprised at the amount of lovely neighbours with houses decked out for the children. We'll be back for sure!! Host has gone above and beyond to reunite a child with her beloved teddy, which means the world xxx

Cons: There was a boiler issue which was raised to us on the way to Wales, thankfully the host gave us permission to use a neighbouring property which saved our holiday. It was a slight inconvenience but meant we could continue our holiday with our children. (Could you imagine cancelling a holiday with young children 😳) All in all, 10/10 xx
