Pros: It was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location.

Cons: Cleanliness of the property wasn’t at a good standard in some areas, especially in the kitchen. Some floors were not fully cleaned, kitchen equipment was dirty and surfaces had not been wiped down properly. The cleanliness of the bedrooms however were good.

Excellent stay and highly recommended to other guests.

Pros: The location in town was ideal for us as were the restaurant recommendations of the host. Excellent kitchen dining room and two very comfortable lounges. The house was beautifully clean. All four long retired motor bikers had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Cons: The house is laid out on four floors with rather steep stairs between floor three and four, only manageable with care.

Pros: Great location. Well stocked with kitchen equipment, hairdryer, iron…home from home.

Cons: Would have liked another family bathroom. Too much dark furniture.

Great property ideally located as a base from which to explore central Wales.

Pros: Spotless. Very well equipped. Excellently maintained. Comfortable. Ideally located within the town. Immediately adjacent to shops, Post Office. hotels, pubs with restaurants, fast food outlets and fuel station. Free on-street parking within yards of the house.

Cons: There was not anything that we didn’t like about the property however, being set over four floors, (though not by any means an issue for us), could be an issue for people with mobility issues.

Very enjoyable.

Pros: A lovely town house located in a beautiful Welsh town that would have looked the same 50 years ago. Osborne House is very well equipped and maintained and is spotlessly clean. The backyard is great for storing bikes and the property provided a great base for our group of 4 cyclists to explore the Elan Valley
