One night stay in Shrewsbury

Pros: Great location for our visit to Shrewsbury and great to have carparking available close to the house. The house was perfect for us as a family of 3 and really comfortable living area and bedrooms.

Cons: The only issue we had was that the key code wasn't working but that was sorted quite quickly with a message to the host and a phone call.

Great location and property to stay in

Pros: Perfect location and ability to park for free. Great property to stay at with everything we needed for the 4 days we stayed. Contacts available for any problems. Definitely stay again

Cons: ...cant think of anything...... silly thing really, not much space when getting out of bed...

A warm, comfortable place to stay in Shrewsbury.

Pros: The house is in a perfect location for accessing Shrewsbury, town is a 10 minute walk away. Train station is just around the corner (3 minutes) and the main bus station is just across the road. House is very comfortable and can’t fault it really

Cons: The house is quite old so some of the floor boards can be creaky, but to be fair, the host does mention this in the welcome mail. Oh other issue we had was with the top floor bedroom window, it didn’t shut fully so was draughty and a bit noisily,

Pros: Fabulous location, had everything we needed for 3 friends weekend away. Sofa bed v comfortable. Comprehensive instructions received for everything.

Cons: No recycling facilities. Otherwise great.

Excellent location and homely feel.

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring Shrewsbury. The property had everything we needed and it felt very homely.

Cons: We stayed on a Sunday night so it was nice and quiet, however with a pub within a very short distance I imagine it might be a bit noisy on a Friday or Saturday night. I would still stay here though 😊.

Perfect location

Pros: The location was excellent, close to the railway station, shops, bars, restaurants, theatre and river. Kitchen was well equipped. We both slept very well.

Cons: It didn't have a hairdryer. I know this is a minor issue but everyone provides one these days and I was travelling by train and it was an extra item I had to pack. The 5 page of notes needs to be reworked. Its not easy to read!

Pros: We have stayed here twice now, great central location. All you need at the property. Great having a parking space and money refunded even before we got home for the use of the permit

Cons: Nothing we dont like and would thoroughly recomend this property. All i would say that if you have mobility problems it may not be for you as there are a lot of stairs in the property

We love Shrewsbury ❤️ so this location was perfect 👌

Pros: The location is superb , close to everything. Shops bars ,restaurants. The view from the lounge and bedroom of the river was lovely. Secure parking. It's is also a really quiet location so nothing will disturb your sleep 😴 The accommodation is well appointed and the host a good communicator, we were lucky to be able to park up early because no-one was in the accommodation the day before, so we were allowed to park up saving us a parking fee on the public car park. We would most definitely return if we were to stay in Shrewsbury again 😃

Cons: 1 ring on the hob wasn't working but it didn't cause any real problems, the seat cushions on the sofa were a little too soft for us as we sank into them ,making it a little difficult to get up but that's personal taste . And some outdoor seats would be nice ,because the weather was absolutely perfect and it would have been nice to sit outside with a coffee or a drink .

Great location, okay for one night

Pros: The email stated that an email would be sent 24 hours prior to check in. By 10.30 the morning of arrival I still had not receievd email and had to telephone to receive. This added some stress. The email did arrive after prompting

Cons: A little creaky and worn / 'tired' in places...(1st floor carpet, tiles in bathroom), sofa was a bit worn, sloping forwards and not comfortable for long periods of sitting.

Excellent will definitely use this house if I come back to shrewsbury
