Highly recommend this stunning property

Pros: Absolutely stunning Excellent location Very accommodating

Despite the above eccentricities, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Excellent location. We woke on Sunday to the ringing of bells. Comfortable and clean. Good facilities. Warm. The property has period features and has been well modernised without losing its charm.

Cons: The communal bathroom has no shower save a bath with hand shower. The shower proper is in the en suite bathroom, limiting access for most of the party. The bedroom in the attic conversion has a very low beam crossing the room that has to be ducked under to pass between bed and door. Bit of a hazard for bathroom trips at night.

Great stay

Pros: Spacious, good location, easy check in/out instructions, kitchen facilities were good. The property was clean and homely.

A reunion with cousins from Canada and Scotland, couldn’t have been to a better place.

Pros: The pictures don’t do it justice.A wonderful property full of character yet also warm and cosy. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. The central location was perfect so close to great pubs and restaurants.

Cons: An extra toilet on the top floor would have been good. Also an extra key would have been useful.

We had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Pros: We loved the property for the moment we opened the front door! It was great to find milk in the fridge, and some tasty biscuits to welcome us. All the basics were provided, it was good to have such a plentiful supply of tea bags! The laminated notes were very helpful.

Cons: The only thing that would have improved this property would have been to have more storage space in the kitchen, as there wasn't really anywhere to put our groceries except on the work tops, which decreased preparation space.

Great house, great location

Pros: Lovely, cosy, classy house with beams, well decorated and tasteful. Excellent location right near centre and very close to good pubs and restaurants.

Cons: Everything was great. There is a beam across the third bedroom on top floor that is unconventional - but it adds to the charm.

Charming stay in the perfect lcation

Pros: Excellent, quiet location in town centre with parking. Stone’s throw to the market, attractions and shopping. Well furnished, character property, all amenities and home essentials provided. Good communication from host

Cons: Would’ve enjoyed another TV for the size of the group. Although fine, found one of the mattresses sunken in spots - otherwise beds very clean and comfortable
