Pros: Beautiful house, very well presented. Everything was spotlessly clean. Beautiful lounge, well equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms with very comfortable beds. 10 minute walk from the town centre. The host was there to greet us. Informed us how to work the heating. Gave us directions to town,. Also left us some lovely basic provisions. Perfect.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The house was beautiful and very clean and warm when it was exceptionally cold outside. It was great to come home to. We could happily live there. . The host was amazingly friendly and accommodating with a late check out and giving lots of advice on check in. Location was good for the river and walks. There were a couple of pubs nearby if you didn't want to walk into town in the evening

Cons: Just the tightness of getting in and out of the parking space though we were very grateful to have it as parking in the area could be very difficult

Feel at home

Pros: The 2 bedroom house is a home. Vintage with a modern touch. Artistically appointed. Supplied with all that one needs. Lovely private small garden. A generous welcome pack awaited us. Location near the river is ideal, also, short walk into town. We would definitely choose this home again. Lorraine, the owner is very friendly and spent time to explain things. This is one of the nicest properties I have stayed in.

Cons: Just to be aware, the stairs are a little steep.

Perfect place to stay in Shrewsbury

Pros: Great location and wonderful to be met by the host who was very helpful and friendly. The place was very comfortable and clean and cosy. Easy 10 minute walk to the train station and centre of town for shops, cafes etc. River right nearby which was lovely to walk along for a scenic route into town.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.

Would highly recommend.

What a find!!!!

Pros: Well what can I say but thanks for having us in your beautiful home. You made us feel like it was our home. Excellent facilities and Lorraine and Jonathan just made it for us. The bed is so comfy, with the duvet you only dream about. We definitely had some laughs, can't wait to see you next year. If you've never been then your missing out on a great place. Kev was very happy he had somewhere to park as well lol. Definitely be back soon.

Pros: What a lovely clean house with the perfect location and to be met by a lovely charming host to guide us around the house and give us directions and knowledge of places to visit. Also supplying milk, butter, bread, biscuits, etc which was a nice touch. All this with a lovely well maintained private garden and off road parking which is ideal as finding road parking would be a challenge. This house has loads of character and a short walk to the lovely riverside also a short walk to the town centre highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if/when visit Shrewsbury again.

Cons: Nothing at all to dislike about the property

Stunning stay ,home from home !!

Pros: EVERYTHING!!! Stunning home, everything you could need or want . Close so close to the town either by river walk or roads nearby. Coffeehouse galore, restaurants everywhere and great shops . Lorraine gave a lovely welcome and left biscuits and crisps
