Beautiful outstanding large holiday home
Pros: We stayed here to celebrate my mums 70th birthday. We all had such a great weekend. The house was so beautiful, the decor throughout and the attention to detail was incredible. Every corner of the house was so very clean. It had all the amenities that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the games room, it was very well equipped! Very easy check in process, and the communication was brilliant. Diolch yn fawr! We had the best stay.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t like, everything was perfect

Incredible Holiday House
Pros: It was so spacious and one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in. Everything still looked new/ in good shape and the location was amazing. Hosts were so lovely and kind. Everyone loved the house.
Cons: The cutlery draw was a little dirty but that’s if we’re nitpicking! All in all was incredible.

Absolutely amazing surprise 80th birthday break, despite horrendous torrential weather conditions
Pros: The property had plenty of space for a group of nine of us to stay comfortably, without getting under each other’s feet. We stayed for an 80th birthday celebration with three generations under the same roof. Unfortunately, we were there during a terrible storm and even though we didn’t get the opportunity to go out walking during our stay, we still had plenty to do to keep us all occupied. The loft games room / snug was a great addition for us as an extended family. During the day we played pool and games in there and of an evening it was used for film watching and TikTok making by my daughters. We also loved the spacious kitchen and the numerous bathrooms throughout the house. The customer service from start to finish was amazing. The host even put banners up and left a card, cake and balloon for our mum’s 80th birthday surprise break.
Cons: If I had to be really picky, the only thing that I could say which would improve our stay would be plumper pillows.

Pros: Really gorgeous house, perfect for all of us. Plenty of bathrooms, lots of space and location just perfect - close to the town, the railway and the beach. It was the loveliest place we've ever stayed in. The beds were comfy, and the agent called us to check we were happy with everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great place for families to meet up
Pros: Easy to book almost a year in advance and to contact nearer the time about extras, like a cot and high chair (which we're good quality, and clean! Comprehensive email a week before sending lots of really useful local info. Lovely kitchen, huge american style fridge, lots of 'extras' like ketchup, foil, Appreciated the welcome gift of prosecco, and welsh biscuits.Towels provided in each room and comfortable beds made up. Lovely showers etc on each floor level. An extra fold up table and chairs which was great outside when we had a bbq. Great play room on top floor with games etc to suit all ages (but a long way from the basement suite!!) Excellent support when the kitchen was too hot! ( unusual to have hot weather?) With clear message from housekeeper Katy. Confused about recycling but again explained by Katy. Parking was adequate for our 3 cars, using space and across road. Easy walk to beach and also train station if you want to visit Aberdovey, or others, without a car
Cons: The recycling confused us, as we couldn't find the blue boxes, and we were not used to a 3 week cycle for any other rubbish back home! (Not Jack's House problem ofcourse and Katy had it under control!) And we seemed to have loads of rubbish and recycling Perhaps the outdoor cupboards could be labelled? Why is it called Jack's House? Lots of discussion!

A stunning home for a fantastic birthday weekend
Pros: The house is stunning, plenty of rooms for a large group, most with their own bathroom. The games room in the loft kept us entertained well in to the early hours. It’s a 2 min walk to the train station, and there’s a supermarket within that distance too. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.
Cons: If I was to make one observation, we stayed in the room with the bay window on the 1 st floor, the blinds let in a lot of light from sunrise, but that’s the only thing I could think of.
