Cosy comfortable, lovely getaway

Pros: The location was great, 10 minutes walk to the beach Very warm & cosy house & made very Christmassy which was lovely

Pros: It was self catering so not applicable,it was handy for town and beach and Lisa the lady looking after the property was great not a thing to much trouble she was available any time and always helpful bless her great sense of humour,we only had 2 nights and it was ok for that ,the people in town were so friendly and helpful nice little place

Cons: Well IPut a less than perfect score as we found having to go down 2 lots of stairs to go for pee in middle of night not to helpful as we both 78 years old and nature taking it's course as it does it was a bit of a bind , But apart from that and on the whole for a short break it was adequate Thanks to Lisa for everything

Excellent holiday house! Enclosed garden and beaches 5 minutes walk were perfect for my dogs! We enjoyed very much!

Pros: What a pretty and cozy house! Feels their hospitality straightaway!Enclosed Garden is perfect for my dogs! Beautiful beaches 4-5 minutes walk and shops! Location is perfect! Excellent holiday house, I will be back!!

Pros: Lovely space with an enclosed garden which was perfect for our dogs and it's in a great location - we would definitely recommend and would love to return in the future.

A wonderful start to the year

Pros: We loved everything about this place. Facilities, location, Tywyn..... This place felt like home. From the decor etc to the Christmas tree and other decorations, it just felt like you'd walked into your own home. You relaxed straight away with the place. Tywyn itself is a lovely village, with the beach and places to eat and shop/browse. Communication was great with the agent. Garden was perfect for our two Frenchies, who settled in extremely quickly. Even the weather played nicely, just about !

Cons: Nothing really. One tip, if you leave your car at the back of the house, you may get a resident explaining in great detail how they pay for the parking there and it's resident only and I need to move. It was dark and raining when we arrived, and for the amount of people parked there it would not have made the slightest difference 🤷🏼‍♂️😂

Fantastic break

Pros: Clean, tidy, shells everywhere ! Had everything you could need in the kitchen(little air fryer and slow cooker!) Comfy snuggly beds, excellent location for the beach, shops and steam train! A very homely home

Cons: If I'm being extremely picky .. the dinning room area was a little dark even with the lamp moved closer and a measuring jug would have been handy but that's being picky

Pros: Such a beautiful house. It’s decorated and dressed to an excellent standard with a lovely seaside vibe.

Cons: Couldn’t really fault it.

Great house that suited our needs.

Pros: Loved the nautical aura of the house, the driftwood sculptures, shell collections and artworks. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Comfortable base for a relaxing break.

Pros: Well equipped comfortable accommodation in a quiet location handy for local transport, shops and the sea front.

Pros: I liked the idea of being just a few minutes from the train station and the beach .. inside the property was lovely everything you needed.well furnished well planned out.couldnt fault it at all .

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the garden at the back of the property it could have been a bit more tidier and more puppy proof as my puppy managed to find his way out of the garden though the bush which was worrying.i did get him back safe.
