Excellent host and beautiful property 5 minutes from Hay. What a lovely setting for a weekend away.

Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole accommodation was lovely.

Pros: Clean, good location near Hay On Wye, comfortable beds, good kitchen equipments, quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: Small road leading to the cottage, better to drive small car.

Pros: The cottage was comfortable and well equipped, the sitting room arrangement was fair due to the size and lack of other chairs. We all felt the price overall was very high probably due to it being Hay festival week

Perfect cottage in stunning location and beautifully decorated!

Pros: everything about the stay was perfect! owners knew it was our wedding weekend and had got beautiful mugs made and had decorated the bedroom. amazing location - beautiful garden on a stream house was done up and decorated so beautifully - really modern comfy beds - really lovely and soft bedding we loved every minute and didn’t want to leave!
