Modern 2 BR Flat in Town Centre

Lovely flat , great location

Pros: The location was perfect. Clean and tidy flat pretty much central to everything..

Cons: Alleyway to the flat not nice. A bit dark in the evening, although manageable. Light inside door and up stairs not working, no bulbs...Sofas very low. Little things that make a difference. Says flexibility with check in times, was not given an option....

Excellent place to stay I would definitely book again if I was visiting Aberystwyth. Communication with owner excellent.

Pros: The location is excellent. We used it as a base while a relative was in hospital it gave us the freedom to sort our own meals out- the kitchen is really well equipped although we did eat out. There are lots of eating places/ takeout nearby. We really liked the location so near to the front allowing us to get out and walk the stress off. Beds really comfortable Shower good- towels provided - no hairdryer so make sure to bring one if needed. Lounge area comfortable tvs in bedrooms and lounge WiFi great allowing remote working warm and relaxing We found the flat to be quiet and peaceful.

Cons: It was clean but could have been cleaner. The stairs up are narrrow not an issue for us but if reduced mobility could be an issue. Parking can be an issue there are bays outside and in the local area for free 30 mins. The end of the road there is a church where parking is 24 hr for £7. We nearly always had a space but if parking is a deal breaker and you have lots to carry this might not be the place for you.

A very clean cosy apartment in a Great location that was incredible value for money - highly recommend

Pros: Great location , very well presented with all essential and everyday items you could possibly need. Very clean, warm and cosy. Host was welcoming and helpful

Cons: Mattress in one room was a little lumpy in a couple of areas - not terrible but in need of replacing

We enjoyed very much!

Pros: The location was ideal in the middle of town and the beds were comfortable with a clean and spacious general area.

Cons: Overall we enjoyed our stay, however at times we did have a little difficulty with opening the door to the street from ‘inside’ having a handle there may be handy.

Exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Ideal set up for our small family - son loved the privacy of his own room. We enjoyed being able to cook meals rather than eating out all the time. The beds were different to what we’re used to but still very comfortable. The flat was lovely and warm and ideally located for our visit.

Cons: I couldn’t find a hair dryer though I’m sure I would have been offered one, had I asked. The WiFi to our devices ended on the third night but we were almost packing up by then so no problem.

Great location, quiet but central

Pros: Great location, super little 2 bed flat, clean and spacious, perfect for a weekend away exploring Aberystwyth.

Homely little flat in centre of everything!

Pros: Centre of town location but close enough to walk to the seafront, comfortable beds, well equipped flat felt very homely.

Cons: Front door lock temperamental. No parking, although I knew this at booking and managed to get a space in the church car park for £7 for 24/7

Pros: It was a bright ,well furnished and cosy apartment. Walking distance from everywhere. . Rhys our host was very helpful and kind to made sure we could get into the apartment earlier. Thankyou again. We would definitely stay again . Highly recommended.
