The Art Attic a Stylish Boutique Apartment

Does what it says on the tin!!

Pros: Right in the middle of Builth, within easy reach of pubs, shops and restaurants. Exceptionally clean and finished to a high standard. It's not huge, but still very comfortable and ideal for a group of up to four.

Cons: The only negative thing I can think of is that the wi-fi was a bit flaky - but really not an issue!

Lovely apartment

Pros: Perfectly located for us, nice town with good links. Lovely apartment with good facilities

Pros: Fab location for Royal Welsh Showground. Gorgeous partment beautifully decorated and with all the little touches. Beds were extremely comfortable. I've been staying at various place in and around Builth for over 30 plus years and this apartment ranks highly know my top 3.

Cons: Nothing at all

We were looking for a comfy, clean and accessible place for a few days, among really friendly people. We found it!

Pros: Enjoyed identifying and reading up on some of the art. Took me back a few years and started a few lively discussions among us!

Fantastic stay.

Pros: Fantastic apartment. Very stylish, warm and comfortable for 4 people. Excellent location on the main street (shops, pubs, cafes on the doorstep). Some road noise as would be expected, but bedrooms are at the back so did not disturb us. On street parking was free after 6pm which worked well for us.

Superb apartment

Pros: Central location for all the facilities in the town and high quality of the fixtures and fittings of the apartment with its unique style.

Cons: Can't think of anything apart from parking not on site but public paying car park close by.

Cosy and comfortable

Pros: Very cosy, had everything we needed and close to plenty of places to eat.

A comfortable apartment in a perfect location

Pros: Perfect location for our needs. Well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Lovely artwork on the walls.

Cons: WiFi kept cutting out.

Impressive , quality and attention to detail

Pros: Spotless, quality linen towels Crockery ect Beautiful interior design and quality fittings

Cons: Actually nothing

Had a wonderful time and it was so central to the town just what we needed

Pros: It was absolutely beautiful and has what the pictures say that’s the way it looked spotless would definitely book again
