very good accommodation

Pros: fantastic apartment, very clean and tidy, good communication with Nicola, was exactly what we were looking for

Cons: no problems at all with the apartment

Great stay for one night stop over

Pros: Location to amenities and park, free parking, warm and clean flat with toiletries and towels.

Cons: Bed bit uncomfortable, fold away chairs bit damaged and uncomfortable to sit on.

Pros: The fully equipped kitchen was fantastic. We were able to do a wash and dry of clothes. The living room area, although compact, was very comfortable.

Cons: The beds were uncomfortable for 2 people, so, luckily, we could sleep separately. The pillows were a bit soft for our liking. We didn't appreciate that the apartment was on the 4th floor.

This was an enjoyable stay, no issues of any kind

Pros: Very cozy apartment, had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again, if in the area. Free parking was available, both at the back of the property, as well on the street, which is a very quiet cul-de-sac. Right outside there is a nice park, where you can go for a walk etc.

Cons: Not the fault of the host, but we were unlucky to stay here during a very warm sunny day and, it being a penthouse at the top of the building, it was very warm, even at night. Lots of stairs, but again, not the fault of the host and was advertised as such.

We had a fabulous time and if we came back we would stay there again

Pros: The place was lovely and clean and had everything to hand that we needed. It was in a lovely location and everything was in walking distance.

Cons: We found the sofa a little uncomfortable, it did look quite new so possibly the cushion were still firm because of the newness. The beds are small for two people to sleep comfortably and the mattresses were very uncomfortable, they were well used and dipped in places. The toilet seat was broken and from reading the comments in the guess book had been for some time. No shower. To be fair because it is at the top of the house the ceiling slopped so a shower would not have fit. However, I really dont like baths

Fabulous stay

Pros: Everything was absolutely fabulous. Lovely and clean

Cons: Nothing to dislike everything was perfect

Pros: The standout part is the cleanliness of the apartment. Well equipped with a good TV and WiFi set up. Nice touch with a good supply of coffee, tea, and milk to start you off. Parking was plentiful.

Cons: A couple of bits needed a bit of TLC, mainly in the bathroom. (Door and wall above taps)

Pros: The airy space. A coffee machine. Comfortable beds. Lots of pillows. Very quiet.

Cons: The stairs. No place to hang clothes. Awkward shower bath combination. Struggled with TV and gave up.

Beautifully located comfortable apartment

Pros: A lovely location, the park was literally on our doorstep. Appreciated the parking directly in front of the building. It was great to have the washing machine & dryer, kitchen / living room in one, but a nice and comfortable area for relaxing. Good facilities for cooking , which we didn't use , as stayed only for one night. A nice quiet area.

Cons: The main downside for us was the shower, being under the eaves, it was difficult to stand up, and no shower curtain meant that the water was everywhere. The doorframes were also quite low in most rooms, my husband hit his head a few times, maybe some colourful on doorframes tape to warn of this! I didn't enjoy the bed, it was way too soft, but this is a personal preference. If it wasn't for the shower, I'd happily stay there for longer than one night.
