Great accomodation and helpful host

Pros: Host Linda was available to answer any queries and we promptly were given details of the key code etc. The apartment was very comfortable and we had electric heaters which were welcome as weather outside pretty horrible! Bathroom at bit small but okay for a short stay. The kitchen area and all the rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed.

Cons: The location if you don't have a car, not many places to eat out in Craven Arms - the biggest pub unfortunately has shut down. Train station is very close with good links.

Pros: The property had everything that was required for a short comfortable stay. The bed was excellent and the internet is essential as mobile coverage is poor in this area. The pub that is 300 yards down the road is excellent. The staff and owners are very welcoming, and the beer is good. They don’t sell food but provide takeaway menus and plates and cutlery. They were happy for us to eat inside the pub while we enjoyed our drinks.

Cons: The property would benefit from some fresh decoration to modernise and lighten up the appearance. The bathroom is quite small and l wasn’t able to turn on the heater.

Pros: The cottage was exceptionally clean & tidy. It was very comfortable, especially the mattress ... OMG What brand was that mattress?

Cons: Not much No outside lighting & the folding doors could do with a spot of oil, very slightly squeaky

Pros: Comfortable accommodation. Nicely furnished. Well equipped.

Cons: No bathmat, made shower floor a possible hazard. Assumption that we would have a car, so no info about taxis, or lack of them. Local bus routes could be detailed? Booking.com suggested continental breakfast was provided. There was milk and tea bags and instant coffee, which was useful.

Pros: Nice self-contained unit in Craven Arms. All the space and utilities needed for a short stay, with a very comfortable bed too!

A very good self-catering property for exploring Shropshire.

Pros: Good sized self-catering accommodation in a good location both in the town and for exploring Shropshire.

Cons: The town itself was uninteresting The kitchen could do with a pair of oven gloves and an oven tray. More hooks in the bathroom or a towel rail would help. Otherwise, the facilities were very good

Pros: Very clean and comfy. Bed so comfy decided to buy ourselves new mattress!

Cosy little cottage for two.

Pros: A good location for all our activities over the weekend. The kitchen had all the facilities we needed to cater for ourselves. The only thing we missed was a cafetière.

Cons: The mattress on the bed was a bit saggy, so my back complained in the morning.
