A great place to stay

Pros: A very well appointed en suite room with a good amount of space and a central location. A great place to stay. Thank you.

Cons: Shower varied in strength (of flow) but as another reviewer said probably as it’s at the top of the building.

Bloody brilliant!

Pros: Right in the centre of Hay ,very well decorated and maintained, stylish decor, comfortable double bed , fabulous ensuite with huge square shower, very helpful and responsive owner.No parking but the main (Oxford road )carpark is literally a few minutes walk/drive away ,costs a fiver to park there all day and it's free to park there overnight.

Pros: Ystafell lân, gynnes, hardd, heddychlon a thawel – yng nghanol y dref – fyddwn i byth oedi cyn argymell yr eiddo hwn – roedd yn hollol gwerth yr arian. Clean, warm, beautiful room, peaceful & quiet – right in the centre of town – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property – it was fabulous value for money.

Pros: Everything was so perfect ! Clean, cozy and well maintained. Ben was really cooperative and friendly. The property was literally at the centre of the town,all the itineraries were only 4-5 mins from the property. Amazing !

Cons: There wasn’t anything at all! The property was just more than expected !

A comfortable, modern location that is ideal for the bookshops of Hay-on-Wye.

Pros: A superb location for everything within Hay. A modern flat that had everything we needed. Easy access and really clean. Very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was welcoming and the range of tea and coffee available was impressive, the fruit teas were particularly nice. The en-suite facilities were modern and sparkling.

Cons: The mattress was an ordinary sprung one and unfortunately my wife woke with a return of her hip issue. We’ve mitigated this at home with a combination spring/memory foam and didn’t consider it as a problem until the first morning. I know this is an ‘us’ issue, but could be a consideration when the mattress requires replacing in the future. The shower also lacked a forceful flow but it is at the top of the property, so we appreciate that it will have reduced pressure, it always had plentiful hot water though.

Pros: Lovely views, excellent location, nice clean spacious room. The shower is amazing, comfortable bed.

Brilliant will be coming back

Pros: Right in the heart of town to make everything close by ! Neighbours are kind and friendly and there was little to no noise at night. The room was beautiful and very cozy.

Pros: The location was very good, very near to all the bookshops in Hay-on-Wye. This was the purose of my visit.
